Kefir
(Plant Your Dream!)
Been using Kefir Grass the last three days. I find it delicious and it seems to be making a difference. We add wheatgrass and or I add Vitamineral Powder and some Bee Polen.

I have been using Kefir
the last number of days.
Chef Jem is making it and adding wheatgrass,
most of the time.
We are using the wheatgrass that was at the Pacific Symposium 08.
Lots of people felt the energy and gave it some energy.
It was a major hit.
