White Sugar is Better for You...they said. by YourEnchantedGardener .....

This is a Historic Night.

Tomorrow is a D-Day for Peace in this neck of the woods.0
I will be launching A Nations of Gardeners.

I am asking each person including you
to enter Plant Parenthood.

I am doing this in honor of Dr. Bernard Jensen (1908-2001)
who is in the Centennial Year.

As Dr. Jensen says at the end of this lovely invite
to the Centennial Celebration put on by his son Art
and daughter-in-Law Ellen Tart-Jensen
on their Centennial Celebration Website
"Well, I will see you at my 100th Birthday!"

I have never known Dr. Bernard Jensen to break
a promise.

I wrote in my book to him
still in development.
a chapter called "A Promise Kept."
I made a promise to him the first time I rode in Dr. Jensen's car.

I had just arrived at the Hidden Valley Health Ranch.
It was a Saturday night. He just finished a lecture in the Barn.
He gave me a ride to the place that we called the Grove
where their were little cabins.

On the way there, he told me about a man named
Albert McCann. McCann was a journalist who wrote the
truth about health. It was McCann who writes in
his book "The Science of Eating" about the Marketing
done by the white sugar industry to get their product
over to the public. They had a campaign to show that
there was this horrific six legged bug that was in
unprocessed brown sugar, but thanks to Modern Technology
people would be saved from this Ugly Monster-like
creature. Sugar was now pure White.

Jensen imagined I would one day use my writing skills
and journalistic talents to do similar work to Alfred McCann.
What a wonderful vision.
Maybe I am doing that through writing here on Curezone.

I have a number of things to complete before tomorrow at
Whole Foods. I will be part of a Local Vendor day.
I will have a table with a beet growing.

I will catch up more when I can.

See this Flyer i made today to get the idea:
