starting slow

I am a 32 yr old male that is tired of living such a destructive lifestyle. 99% of my problem is with alcohol and I have never stopped battling this from the first drink I took when I was 15 yrs old. I found curezone in May of 2006 when I did my first juice fast with pretty good success (24 days), but still I am ready to do more.
I am going to be doing juice fasts, exercising, and even going to pursue my battle with my spiritual well-being. About a week ago I started eating healthier and have juiced a few times. I will go into this a little slower and continue to eat better for the next few days before I go on a full juice fast.
I got the P90X workout system and plan on starting that after I get done with the fast. I have already started with some of the routines, but need to build my body up a little before I start it because it is an extreme workout routine that will take a lot of discipline and strength.
I have about 8 more pills left from my Humaworm parasite cleanse and will be doing a liver flush after those are gone and after I have completed fasting. I have read a lot on fasting and liver flushing, but any input will be greatly welcome. Support is why I am starting this blog and overall success in completing my goals will be rewarding when I can have this blog to see how I progressed.
Some of the things I am eating now is:
Soy Milk, Soy Burgers, lots of veggies, nuts and other fiber supplements, and plenty of fluids. I am holding off on meat until I start working out but if I can avoid meat all together, that would be great.
I am a Christian and even though I have not been to church in over a year, I do plan on starting that again now.
