Feeling unnerved.
Out of Sync with self.

Ate three tortillas with Grapeseed Follow Your Heart spread.
Making some rice.
Went out to turn in new business card at Fromex.
Not satisfied with new card.
Feeling insecure about how I will show up tomorrow night.
Influential people. Feels important event.
Energy off all day, but pushing.
Tech problems all day.
Light headed.
Not eating much today.
Kathy came over to drop off some money owed from
Pac Sym.
Did some cuddling.
Oh, I forgot what human touch feels like.
Would like to maintain improvement in bowel.
Tomorrow is a big event.
Nervous: 30 day notice from one of my best housemates.
That shakes me up, a lot these kind of shifts.
Makes me have to put attention on that.
Want Momma.

Feeling yucky!
Feel like throwing up.
Ate pretty well yesterday.
No idea where this headache and upset stomach is coming from.
I was conscious of food intake yesterday.
Maybe put out too much energy.
I was exhausted.
Acupuncture: Elizabeth worked on spleen.
worked on knee.
Resisted doing sugar. Thank you, Leslie.
First food: Oatmeal before going to acupuncture at 11:30 AM
Went to Fashion Valley Mall to look at Apple stuff.
Stopped in at Smith & Hawkins. Met Beth.
Followup with Job's Tears for that store.
Got hungry. Waited. Thank you.
Went to WFM Hillcrest.
Very Hungry.
Had carrot juice with beet juice, fresh...yes... Thank you.
Still very hungry....order of Brown Rice...YES... $1.16
One conetainer of BioK pro-biotic.
put on Bragg's Aminos and Olive Oil...ate there.
Weird conversation with fellow shopper. Yuck.
Home:
