Up from a nap.
I am heading for my Monday night
venue at the Plaza Bar at the Westgate Hotel
in San Diego.

Some of my favorite entertainers go down their every week
to perform. The evening is hosted by Julio.

Just put on my Arogant Bastard Ale
T-shirt from the Stone Brewing Company,
a gift last year following my Closing Ceremony at Pac Symposium.
I was promoting the local brewery growing a local crop of
Mugwort as well as organic barley for new brews.

Growing these crops locally would stimulate the local farm economy.
Stone Brewing Company is one of the wonderful sponsors
of the Fire Relief Fundraiser Thursday night at Steve and Amy Finley's
home. The event will help local firefirers, rebuild the San Pasqual Academy,
and potentially help out some local farmers rebuild from fire damage.

I am generating some excitement inside:
I am feeling good seeing myself on tour in Europe.

I am overdue for a visit this life time.

Anyone want to be my companion?

I am now 60, and coming into my prime.
Dr. Jensen did not hit his prime until 67.
I guess I am an early bloomer.
Moderation in all things, of course,
even moderation, some say.
I find that when I eat less, I do better.
