Last night I went to Dance Jam.
My inner kid was happy to get away from the computer
and have me move my body.
Doug, one of the Whole Being guys,
said he heard from a news report.
Normally the air quality here in San Diego is bad...
but now it wa 13 times worse than the norm.
Doug said it was like being in a garage with a running car.
I have been really tired.
I went out to a Jewish Renewal activity his afternoon.
I am feeling pains in my ankles....
similar to sciatica....
I am concerned.
I will go to Nuvah Yeetah,
Arurvedic doctor tomorrow after the FM.
Good response tonight to the work I did this morning with
the World Peace Starter Kit.

That was warming,
a cozy group of around 12.
Lots of sharings on the week.
I brought one portable mini Enchanted Garden.
My eyes are irritated now,
and I do not feel like interacting with the housemates.
I feel emotional toxed out, in and out.
I am really not in the mood for Pacific Symposium
in less than two weeks.
I feel like cocooning right now, and somewhat down.
My lower back hurts.
I feel discouraged.
