Creating some Stablity with my Address book. The computer crashed a few weeks ago during the Eclipse and has been a stressor.

More difficulty holding on to Contact file.
Can I recover the Calendar for the year from the Crashed
G4? Can I install an updated Contact File from
the Crashed g4 550. Tomorrow morning work,
or get on with FInance deadline?

I just remembered.
I uploaded my main signature
on a Blog here!
I was sad because I have not been able
to view a Signature in the Outlook Express
I am attempting to Recover.

Just had a breakthrough.
I have been going at it all day,
surrendering to Reclaiming some
semblance of Stabliity with my aspects
of my Computer Data.
I have been in a fog for weeks,
both due to emotional Triggers
and Computer Triggers.
I just was able to figure out how to
Upload a more recent Now Contact
dated July 07.
This holds all my phone's and lots of
emails.
Up to 30 minutes ago, I could not identify
a recent Now Contact. I was starting to
make current notes on the Old Contact
with many for this year left out.
There is still a more recent Now Contact
version I can Recover, if I slow down more,
Focus, and set up the Computer that is Crashed.
The New Imac can read the Crashed Computer.
The Data on the Hard Drive is O.K.
There is an Now Contact as recent as September
on the Crashed G4 550.
I cannot locate a Current Calendar for 07.
That gives me more cause to want ot explore the
Crashed Disk.
As for the Emails in the Outlook Express,
I know they are stored in the MUD.
Microsoft User Data file that is kept
inside the Documents Folder.
This MUD holds the Address Book.
The Current Address book is Old by a couple years
it seems.
I am going to check the installed MUD one more time,
then see if I can substitute a more recent MUD FILE
that I downloaded from an External Drive connected
to the new Imac.
At least I have a manageable Now Contact
with current phones as of July 07 now.

PS. I received a lot of energy
working with photos today.
I spent a lot of time copy them to the new Imac
from the External Lycie.
I cannot find Genine's photos.
It is easier to see images of photos on the Imac
and doing detective work.
I will be pleased if I can find the photos of Genine.
She made me an artwork in trade for those photos.
