What is a healthy relationship?
Where does it begin?
I realize I may not have a clue.
I mainly have prophet motives.
Prophets are by nature imbalanced.
Look at this history of social change.
From my point of view, most of it as come out
of pain.
Dr. Bernard Jensen said,
"A naked woman spins."
In other words, when it is cold outside,
and you have no warm clothes, you do two things.
You either die, or figure out how to get some warm clothes.
I am sure some of you reading this, may have some other
ideas of what she does to get warm.
Some of us will turn to another person for a security blanket.
This makes sense when you are a little kid.
You are suppose to have parents that give you security,
and most of us reading this, and most of us in America,
never had this.
Not having this creates Presidents who go to war.
Not having this creates people who vote for Presidents
who are not emotional healthy.
Most of us reading this, are not emotional healthy
as far as I can see.
Becoming emotionally healthy comes out of pain
and the willingness to accept healthy pleasure.
It comes out of Soul Growth.
In the Essene Teachings, it says that without
an awareness of the Soul, there can be no Peace.
We only have war.
What is the Soul?
It is the little piece in us that is our individuality
within God.
God? I have friends who blame God for all the war.
I do not think so.
I think it is the interpretation of what we imagine
God to be and our interpretation of what we imagine
God is asking of us.
There is a lot more I could say about this,
but because I have healthy enough to stop now
and go back to bed, I will continue this at another time
after my Earth Day event.
A healthy person can see they are unhealthy.
Then they do something about it.
I had a phone counseling session with Dr. Judith Larkin Reno
last night.
She is constantly opening my eyes to what a what is wrong with
me as well as what is right with me.
I realize I am a babe when it comes to understanding
what a healthy relationship is.
My inner wisdom tells me this morning that it begins with
having a healthy relationship with ourselves.
"My Wisdom in loving you
is that I know how much you love yourself.
Someone who loves you as much as you do,
will always be good to me."

Dr. Jensen taught us to have a Healthy Balanced Daily Regimen.
I will teach some of this work here before long.
Have you got any ideas what being healthy means for you?
I'd like to know?
