My road has crossed many paths, including some Islamic people...
Our world is vast in different beliefs, and political ideas... Most of which exist only to keep most people subjected to a few rulers & some so called religious leaders!! If we could only learn to live as GOD desires us to... GOD never said you needed any type religious leader... HUH!! What a different and wonderful place this would be; if we just listened and lived by HIS Blessed Principles!! HUH!!
Date: 1/1/2007 8:17:51 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 3555 times As I write more thoughts and wisdom about the world in which we live today... It occurs that we must be aware of the happenings that impact us... This is just an update from a reliable source on what is really happening in the World and epically the Middle East; beyond the political and mass media propaganda we see daily...
While I do not approve or even like most happenings at least I am aware of the truth... As I have said " You may not like or approve of the Truth, but it is what it is... HUH!! " Sorry if you don't like it!! But Hey, I did not make it up!! DUH!!
I have set foot in at least eight Islamic countries and heard or spoken to a few hundred Islamic people; in my pathway of life...
BTW: Most Islamic people are not Arab, and do not live in the Middle East, but most of those who we hear scream & yell today seem to be from one branch of Islam and in the same general location of the world... Very unusual HUH!!
This is just an update on what many Islamic leaders want for the citizens of the US, UK & Israel... Read the most recent remarks by the leader of Iran... You may want to think about this and how it could impact your life!! Again I am just a messenger of the truth; you must provide the understanding....
Ahmadi Nejad: Britain And The U.S. Will Disappear Along With Israel
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadi Nejad, known for his outrageous comments about Israel and denial of the Holocaust, says the United States and the United Kingdom will disappear along with the Jewish state. He was quoted by Iranian news agencies on Wednesday as saying that, "Any power that is close to God will survive while the powers which are far from God will disappear like the pharaohs." Lest anyone be unclear about who he meant, Ahmadi Nejad added that, "Today, it is the United States, Britain and the Zionist regime which are doomed to disappear as they have moved far away from the teachings of God." He reiterated that nuclear power was a "right" of the Iranian people.

Hamas-linked Judge Gunned Down In Gaza
An Islamic court judge linked to Hamas was gunned down in front of the courthouse in Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday. 30-year old Bassam Al-Fara was killed in a drive-by shooting. Clashes between armed Fatah and Hamas members have become more frequent since the three young sons of a Fatah security official were killed in a barrage of gunfire as they were being dropped off at school on Monday.

Anan Farewell: Israelis and Palestinians Are Both Responsible
In his final address as Secretary General of the United Nations, Kofi Anan admonished that both the Israelis and Palestinians are responsible for the situation. He criticized Israeli military operations in densely populated areas, saying that the tactic, "only produces more death, destruction, recrimination and revenge…And as we have seen, it does little to achieve the desired goal of stopping terrorist attacks." Anan warned the Palestinians that they will never achieve the goal of statehood unless they renounce violence, saying, "No resistance to occupation can justify terrorism." In what surprised some pro-Israeli observers, Anan acknowledged criticism of the U.N. for a perceived "double-standard" applied against Israel, but warned Israel's critics not to apply standards to the Jewish state they would not be willing to apply to others. Anan observed that, "tensions in the region are near the breaking-point."

Five Qassams Hit Israel On Tuesday; Olmert Says "Harder and Harder" To Avoid Retaliation
Five Qassam rockets fired from the Gaza Strip landed in Israel on Tuesday, prompting Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert to warn that it's becoming "harder and harder to resist" retaliating. Although it brings to more than 20 the number of rockets fired since a ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian factions in Gaza went into effect more than two weeks ago, they were the first rockets fired in a week. Israeli army spokesmen noted that Hamas is making a strong effort to prevent its members from violating the ceasefire.

Saudis Tell U.S.: We'll Back Sunnis In Iraqi War Against Shiites
King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia has let President Bush know that if a war between Iraqi Sunnis and Shiites erupts as the result of the American-led coalition withdrawing from Iraq, the Saudis will back the Sunnis. The message was received by Vice President Dick Cheney when he visited Iraq two weeks ago. Abdullah let it be known that he is unhappy with talk of American efforts to engage Iran. The Saudis and Iraqi Sunnis fear growing Iranian influence in Iraq which, when seen in the context of the Iranian nuclear program, is potentially disastrous in their eyes. A similar fear that the Iraqi army would be used against the Sunni population if Shiites gain control was recently expressed by Jordan's King Abdallah II. The Bush administration has been trying to create a coalition of what it calls "moderate Sunnis" and "centrist Shiites" to govern Iraq. It's part of a larger regional plan to form an alliance of Sunni nations including a "moderate Shiite government in Iraq" to stand in opposition to "Iran, Syria and the terrorists."
