Yummy Avocado Oil!
Just had some delicious
Lemon tasting Avocado
Oil on my sprout salad.
Cidd and Corinne da Silva
of Bella Vado, a local
farm is making this great
tasting oil.
I have dry scalp and skin.
I am going to rub some
of this in. I will let
you know the results.

It is down to the wire
and I am having fun!
I just talked to Corinne De Silva.
She and Cidd have a great cold pressed oil,
an Avocado Oil, that I am going to put on my
sprout salad for lunch.
I was wondering if it would be considered raw?
Corinne tells me that most virgin oils may be
heated a bit, but not too much.
Their avoicade oil is made at their family grove
using state of the art equpment.
I am going to visit the Bella Vado farm
on May 5 with other shoppers
from Whole Foods Market Hillcrest.
The store is arranging a tour of
Tierra Miguel CSA, Stehly Organic Farms,
and Bella Vado.
The Da Silva's live in Valley Center, that is not too
far from Joe the Farmer's Rodriguez Ranch.

This is the Art Work I just made
that will go with the Avocado Oil that
I will be showing off among my locally made
products at the San Diego EarthFair.
I met Cidd and Corinne da Silva
at the Local Vendor's Day at Whole Foods Market
Hillcrest April 14.
Cidd and Corinne da Silva are one of the local
vendors of locally made products that were invited
to participate. Whole Foods Market has very high
standards for the products they allow in the store.
I wonder what Rudenski was say about swishing with
avocado oil. I swished with Bragg's Olive Oil
and that was good.
