Stawberry frozen dessert ala Jensen
Sweet dreams...
heading for bed...
just ate some frozen Joe Berries
with raw honey, but wondering
how kind of dessert could be made
for Whole Foods Market?

O.k. O.k.
I should be sleeping.
My mind is not focused,
and it better get focused
tomorrow or I am going to be losing $$$ potential.
The Crash has really made my organization crazy.
I depend on my personal work from week to week as a foundation
for the next part, and now the foundation including photos is
a mish mash.
One minor little inspiration is suggesting
a frozen dessert for our local Gelato bar at the Whole Foods
Hillcrest that would be made from frozen Joe the Farmer strawberries
that were super ripe by the end of the day.
I pulled out my Dr. Jensen books,
but really don't have the inclination or energy to go through
them now.
Has anyone got an idea for a frozen strawberry dessert,
that would be really healthy?
