Raw Honey for Wounds
Clearing my head. Up early and brimming with
chocolate inspired ideas. Writing it all down,
so I can clear my head and get back to bed.

Went in after my 12 step group of ARTS,
Artists Anomomous.
Lots of ideas brimming around my head
this early morning, such as
what are the past lives of us here
in the Curezone community?
When were we together last?
One had to be the time we were all in some court
under a King who was Dusan. He was the Master.
What were we?
Then, I was thinking about Dr. Bernard Jensen,
my spiritual father.
How many in the new generation at the Natural
Product Expo West know of his monumental work?
How many of us here know the history of Educating
rather than medicating in America?
What of the volume's and volume's of texts of Dr.
Jensen that may not go on to the next generation?
His birthday was March 25. He was born in 1908.
He died in 2003.
Anybody here know of him?
What about Paul Bragg, who started the health food store?
Anybody know anything about Paul Bragg?
Anybody know anything about Patricia, his daughter?
How about all the Essene materials sitting here in my room,
the volume's and volume's of audio tapes channeled
with Kevin Ryerson in the late 70's?
The next step is getting this transfered to CD's from audio
cassettes. I am not sure if I am going to have time to do that.
Anybody out there who can do that, so that 100 years from now
someone can study this invaluable library of research material
long after Ryerson and I are on to the next life?
What if it is TRUE? What if Ryerson was really channeling
John, son of Zebedee, one of the favorite's of Jesus.
John and his brother were called the Sons of Thunder.
John in his youth was one of the favorite disciples of Jesus.
This body of material is channeled from John from the perspective
of his days as an Essene Master Teacher.
There are tons of past life Essenes here in the Curezone.
How about Passover? Passover begins Wendesday night
April 13. That is the night of the first Sedar. The second Sedar
is Thursday. Friday I go to Joshua Tree National Part with 40 others
to hang out in the desert. My friend Rina will be leading the teachings.
IT is all about Sara, the Priestess.

I get some really really great raw honey
from the Farmers' Market in San Diego.
It is uncooked
unfiltered
unheated
raw
I mean the real deal.
I have a new housemate who feel down the stairs
when she moved in. She has this scab on the back
of her heal, kind of like an Achilles heal. It slowed
her down enough to stop her from working a couple days
at Ruby's Diner so she could move in.
There are always different animal totems that show up
here when a new housemate moves into the Enchanted
Garden Intentional Community. She is have wasps
in her room. There is also this dove that is hanging out
the last couple days. The dove just walks around outside.
We have two cats who hang on the property.
One lives in the Cathouse in the back and pretty much stays
back there on the lower 40 of our 1/3 acre.
Then, there is this wild animal cat who likes to stroll around
and lives someplace else. Some housemates are good with
cats. I have actually seen that cat make friends with some.
He doesn't give me the time of day, and keeps his distance.
He was after the dove and new housemate had to give his
some advise about bird cat relations.
I am jammed with things to do this week.
I better get out and take pictures of the nectarine that
we can see from the front window. It is in full bloom
with flowers right now. If I do not get out with my camera
in the morning, I am sure I will be missing the peak of
VItal Force.
Yesterday the black berries all came out and opened at once.
Anyone who makes flower essences locally in San Diego?
Vib8, what are the properties of the white blackberry flowers?
FES--flower essences--so when am I going to take time
to sit down with the incredible remedies that Patrica Kaminski
of the Flower Essence Society sent my way at the Natural
Product Expo West? There are a bunch of holy bottles.
I have not had time to deal with them.
Niece Eva called me yesterday from OHI. She had found a way
to stay for the second week of the Optimum Health Institute program.
She is all excited about using wheatgrass to teach the kids
at LA High School in L.A about photosynthesis through growing
wheatgrass. She wants to know where to get the supples here
locally at a responable cost.
Damian, now in Hawaii, was the last resident here who
"gave homage to the wheat berry," as he put it.
I love to give homage to the wheat berry. It is one of my favorite
stories. You can read about it here.
As far as growing it, I would like to have one housemate
start doing that. I like the green juices.
Has anybody out there read the book I wrote for
Dr. Jensen--"Healing Magic through Chlorophyll through
Living Plant Life?" It is a classic. It should be in all the
Health Food Stores.
Are you onto the healing power of chlorophyll?
Do you realize it is close to blood?
Ladies of the Curezone, how do you replace your
hemoglobin after your period? Do you use chlorophylll
to build the blood?
Passover--so it starts April 13. Anybody going to a Sedar
out there?
Anybody onto the mystical connection between Passover
and the Last Supper?
Anybody interesting in knowing that connection?
Anybody read The Essene Gospel of Peace, book one,
the book that inspired tons of people to go vegetarian
during that last century?
I found the book on the OHI recommended reading list
and bought a copy for $1.00 from their bookstore for a Christian
down there.

Sping Cleaning:
In the old days, my Jewish orthodox family would spend
weeks, I mean weeks, cleaning every nook and crany of the house
with a feather and a candle to get rid of all the energies.
The is the originals of Spring Cleaning from my perspective.
Now adays, the Jewish folks I know who are real Orthodox are
beating the system. There are all these places called Passover
Hotels. My sister just locks up the house and goes elsewhere,
then returns after Passover. No muss, No fuss. No spring Cleaning.
Just the same ol, same ol.
Gosh, my dad is a clutter-a-holic. His little apartment is room
to room trash. I mean he saves every newpaper. So I wonder
if this is any way to get him to let go of something?
Why do we hold on to all our stuff?

The wound healing properties of honey may, however, be its most promising medicinal quality. Honey has been used topically as an antiseptic therapeutic agent for the treatment of ulcers, burns and wounds for centuries. One study in India compared the wound healing effects of honey to a conventional treatment (silver sulfadiazene) in 104 first-degree burn patients. After one week of treatment, 91 percent of honey treated burns were infection free compared with only 7 percent receiving the conventional treatment. Finally, a greater percentage of patients’ burns were healed more readily in the honey treated group. Another study examined the wound healing benefits of honey applied topically to patients following Caesarean section and hysterectomy. Compared to the group receiving the standard solution of iodine and alcohol, the honey treated group was infection free in fewer days, healed more cleanly and had a reduced hospital stay.
Several mechanisms have been proposed for the wound healing benefits that are observed when honey is applied topically. Because honey is composed mainly of glucose and fructose, two sugars that strongly attract water, honey absorbs water in the wound, drying it out so that the growth of bacteria and fungi is inhibited (these microorganisms thrive in a moist environment). Secondly, raw honey contains an enzyme called glucose oxidase that, when combined with water, produces hydrogen peroxide, a mild antiseptic. In addition to the specific enzymes found in honey, which may help in the healing process, honey also contains antioxidants and flavonoids that may function as antibacterial agents. One antioxidant in particular, pinocembrin, which is unique to honey, is currently being studied for its antibacterial properties. One laboratory study of unpasteurized honey samples indicated the majority had antibacterial action against Staphylococcus aureus, a common bacteria found readily in our environment that can cause infections, especially in open wounds. Other reports indicate honey is effective at inhibiting Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Darker honeys, specifically honey from buckwheat flowers, sage and tupelo, contain a greater amount of antioxidants than other honeys, and raw, unprocessed honey contains the widest variety of health-supportive substances.
