Precious Moments
How to best use the rest of the day?

These are precious moments.
I am home alone.
What I do with the next seven hours
will have an impact on how things
go in the next week.
I can find strength going beyond
a hurting place that wants to reach out.
If I reach out, I could end my pain
in a way that perhaps an alcoholic ends pain
by taking one more drink.
I was adviced to Take Space
to Recovery myself.
The people who fast know the consequences
of breaking a fast wrong. We only have so many fasts
in us to do that we end poorly. The fast can get us
the exact opposite to the results we would like.
We can get more toxic and wearing ourselves thin
by repeating and repeating the same pattern.
The highest think I could do right now
is rest, then come up strong and organize
the materials on my bed. They are things from
the last event I did. I own various photos that need
to be mailed out.
I have in mind to create a new way to earn money
from my photos....I would like to create a card
that will have a Post Card back but features Super Ripe
Photos. I would like this for the OTA banquet Thursday night.
I would imagine that that organization, or people at the
banquet would find value in having me take some photos
for them while at the NPEW. I would show these samples
at the banquet, and set up some business perhaps for the
next four days with my photos.
I would also use this time, between working the tables,
to use various Seven Love Cures to create intimate
moments among the Natural Food leaders; then take their
photos.
I intend to drum up some interest in The Seven Love Cures.
I can see having various companies use them as give away items.
I would like to see some companies have a message on the back.
I would like Monday, and Tuesday to be free to fine tune for the show.
I will pack and leave and Wed. Sunday, tomorrow, there are three
events that are drawing me....after the FM.
I need to pick up my flowers at the FM. The Calla Lillies worked
well last year. They lasted through the week. There are other flowers
that will last too.
Then Bo Lozoff is speaking in the afternoon on Suffering Gracefully.
I could use that medicine. I had some life changing experiences
with Bo Lozoff.

I also am drawn to go with Helena up to LA for Rabbi Stan Levy's
honoring for the Academy of Religious Studies. (Name?)
That would connect me up with part of the Jewish community
that I do the HIgh Holidays with. I would see friends, but is it worth
the energy and investment of time. I would like to celebrate brining
out the Seven Love Cures, but would I really have time to connect
with people up there at that event, or would showing them just
be a distraction?
I am not on that program.
There is also a Shir Hayam event the same time as the Bo Lozoff event.
I have a seed in motion for that. A call would be in order to say I am not
coming, but still interested.
I will pick up energy getting organized, and lose energy
fretting over grieve today. Important to keep my energy going.
Go to car.
Get materials...
Take nap.
Organize.

very inspiring, but not something I will do now...
