that speak about
"Because She is a Woman."
Where does the roaller coaster ride come from
in relationship?
The roller coaster ride
of up and down--balance
and imbalance comes form
going outside ourselves for
our own happiness, joy, and freedom.
We are taking a ride when we are making
someone else to fulfill our own need
for value, security, and self worth.
how do you get the
inward focus--
what do i need to do?
why am i abandoning myself?
This is a key for getting off the rollercoaster?
This come from Taking and Giving Space.
True love
allowing other their space to grow--
Sick love says, "you are mine. I possess you.
Healthy love says, "Do what you have to do.
Take the time for what you need to do.
shift from abandoning myself.
Loosing my focus on myself.
i went away.
i am coming back.
Put your hands on your heart.
You do not have to go away to be open
to receive the Love and give Love.
how do you love someone else and still take space?
I need to know I can return to myself
without being emptied.
When i am full,
i overflow.
I give from the overflow--
This comes from Taking Space.
I give away before I take the energy in.
Take in it, then give--
i want to do all the growth
just to get :Her back.
I need to do this for me.
POEM:
Not sure It interests me to go on w/o her.
but she feels differently about me.
SO is there some else I can feel this way
about as I feel about Her?
Look in the mirror.
Love my own face.
