around her navel and hit paydirt
core stuff
it's all in the abdomenal brain
where we stuff.
Dig your own fingers in.
Get intimate enough to let someone else dig deep
gently
Trustingly while you breathe and them let yourself
be penetrated with fingers into the belly.
Feel the areas running your hands over it where it is
hot and colder, more hot.
It's O.k. to dig into the belly.
It releasing toxins in the organs that are all connected
in the belly....
the belly bottom is meant to be round
and where it pulls up or down indicates
where the issues are...which organs.
Jensen said the same thing in another ways...
That is why he said "Consciousness begins
in the Bowel."
Every part of the body is connected to the other parts
and the belly has all the gut issues stored in there.
