Some years ago setting in a Restaurant in the Blue Ridge Mountains; I over heard a young man - sitting at the next table; running thru many Baseball statics! While it was impressive as to the depth of his knowledge on Baseball - It struck me as how vital and important was it really?
This was not the first time I have heard or been give such as display of some limited form of application knowledge!
The question is why or how eternally important is such an our burst of data?
This not pointing to peoples knowledge - rather the question is exactly WHY? There may be times when such a blurb of data is useful; but most generally it is not all that critical!
The main point is learn how and when to learn and then display such a barrage of data! If one really wants to influence others or become a teacher or leader who wants to get the message out- Fine!
** There was an ole adage - " Beauty is as beauty does! "
Which is very important and can be used to direct people in the correct or proper direction!
The message is learn , then use your knowledge to ether benefit or help others!
Knowledge is a key part of living a better life and hopefully helping others upon your trail of life!
The on line media and NEWS seem to already spin many almost useless info, with which people can sell foolish ideas!
Just stop and look at all you have seen and may have become aware of! Useless statistics are not learning how to handle the truth! Most times it is necessary to let the superfluous data go else where!
** Seek the truth - it will build you a better life!
Influence's need to be aware that some of their followers may have unhealthy relationships with social media. Although it contrasts with their goals, influences can help create healthy relationships.
AMEN!
