Finding the right fitness program can be hard. There are so many different ones out there and it seems like more are getting put onto the market every week. Fitness programs are great for people who want to workout but just don’t know where to start. There are programs for the gym, at home, and so much more. Here are just a few of the best ones out there.

 

BBG

The Bikini Body Guide was created by Instagram sensation Kayla Itsines. People who have tried this program have had some phenomenal results. The workouts are only 28 minutes long, so they are great if you are trying to get a workout in during a short amount of time. There is an e-book for $50 or you can pay the monthly membership fee of $20 for the app.

 

ClassPass

If you are someone who likes to change up your workout routine frequently, then this is definitely something to look into. With ClassPass you pay a monthly fee, most start out at around 45 dollars per month, then you are able to gain access to tons of different classes and fitness studios in your area. The only downside to this workout program is that it is only available in larger cities across the United States. However, if you live in a major city and like to change up your fitness routine on the regular, then this is a great option.

 

LiveFit

LiveFit is a 12-week program that was designed by fitness fanatic Jamie Eason. This guide was created to transform your body and make you feel proud. It has changed the lives of so many different men and women. For this program, you will access to a full gym, but that makes it great for people who are just starting at the gym and looking for guidance.

 

PiYo

This is a low-impact 60-day program that doesn’t require any other equipment besides your body. It incorporates parts of both Pilates and Yoga. You just do these exercises at a quicker pace, so you will get added cardio benefits as well. It was created by Chalene Johnson, who says that it is a great fitness option for people who have joint problems. You can pay 60 dollars for the DVDs and have the program forever or you can get it through the Beachbody On Demand membership.

Thrive is different than the rest of these fitness programs, because it not only provides fitness workouts, but also supplements. The Thrive experience will change your whole life. People who follow this lifestyle have nothing but great things to say about it. They not only experience weight loss, but they also end up feeling better and having a more pleasant outlook on life. There are pills and supplements that will help you lose weight, but more importantly, they give you crucial vitamins that will make you feel better.

It can be hard to find a fitness program that works well for you. Depending on what equipment you have and how much time you have to get a workout in. They will all vary in prices and works outs. You just need to read reviews and take your time to find one that is best for you.
