Eco Art by mayah(c)2019 "Foxes" Placard 12" X 10"
Made from three different types of cardboard packaging materials, old calendar picture of foxes highlighted with paint markers; Rhimax 100% recycled paper product (backing); non-Voc acrylic glaze; jute hanger
The picture of foxes is backed with Rhimax to strengthen it; it actually sticks out quite a bit from the cardboard backing for a 3-D effect. I really like the wavy packaging cardboard for it's appearance and texture.
Eco Art by mayah(c)2019 "Cardboard & Plant Matter" Box Creation 01: 6.5" X 8.5" X 2.5"
Sideview: Plastic cover is 1" depth.
This was a cracker box that I turned inside-out and reassembled, coated with layers of non-Voc acrylic glaze; recycled plastic packaging material; dried plant matter--I don't know what kind of plant this is, but I found it lying on the sidewalk during a walk around my neighborhood, took it home and dried it...it appears to be some kind of seed pod structure. It was too delicate to glue down, so I used thread to bind it to the cardboard. Jute hanger
