Tributes to a Trooper, Kennedy Carr, who for many years helped orchestrate the predecessor to the festivals that your generation is now holding. It is good to acknowledge the work that present works dances upon.
For me, the Beet goes on thanks to Rae Irelan, Sabella Lichtman, Aweli Juls Partyka and the
Goddess Fest Pre-Party at Seaside Bazaar #1 and my dear friends at Terra Madre Gardens, one important place where seed dreams I care about are planted.
Remember, the Sign-- the Carl's Jr. Burger sign above the Goddess Fest Pre-Party at Seaside Bazaar June 3-4, 2017. I'm holding a vision and seeing and seeding a dream that one day there will be a goddess signage in its place! How fun!!!!

~ LEFT IT ALL ON THE DANCE FLOOR ~
My West Coast festival life of selfless service and dedication is coming to an end. Was an AMAZING 20 year run starting back in 1997 with Harmony Festival then Earth Dance, Mystic Garden, Heart Bliss and Raw Spirit Festival. Helped start Bhakti Fest, Shakti Fest, Sacred Spaces, Lucidity, Enchanted Forest, One Love Fest, Genius Loci and many many more. Cloned myself out of all the production jobs I use to get paid for and really cant afford to go and just party. No longer getting any more job offers I use to get. My kidz got them now. All the glitter and glamor isnt doing it for me any more. Playing to the chorus has become boring. Feel out of place and like a Freak Show amongst all the 20-30 year olds. Going to put most of my attention down in Nicaragua where my skills are more needed. Wide open canvas to create on. May come back for one last Burn this year for a Victory Lap on la playa. Love you ALL and thanks for all the AMAZING experiences we have shared together. I never say never again...but the writing on the wall is becoming more clear every day. Will never stop Dancing. I am in a deep healing thanks to recent events over the last ten days.
I wrote a poem last summer I was inspired by watching Golden Drake do her yoga at a Jen Peters Shamanic event.
One of the lines was, I am too young to be old. How does a person stay young? My spiritual teacher and spiritual father Dr. Bernard Jensen stayed young into his 90s, through his world search to study the lives of men and women and who lived to a ripe old age. There is a video of his world travels that I have permission from Art Jensen, one of his sons, to release on the internet. I will do this one of these days.
My own strategy to stay young is to round myself with vitally alive Young people, many of them in periods of self discovery.
I'm able to stay alive because of the depth of my passion to leave our world and more beautiful than I found it.
I'm also staying alive through the grace of many peers and sponsors who find value in The contributions that I seek to make.
One of my commonly known passions is saving and educating about our sacred indigenous seeds. It is that passion each year that drives me to take on more than 1700 mile journey to help elevate The National Heirloom Exposition that this year will be September 5-7, 2017 at the Sonoma fairgrounds.
In my earlier years, I graduated from massage school at @IPSP (?), and I have benefited from experiences receiving healthcare end guidance from some of the greatest souls of my generation and those before me. I am health practitioner in my own right and many who have more licenses that I would ever desire to achieve, have a good knowledged in the healing gifts I've shared with them.
I'm now in the period of beginning to leave my legacy, when includes the body of literature that I believe will stand beyond my present lifetime,
I'm in a moment of grace in the mist of the chaos that is so prevalent for many of us.
It's healing to serve and be of service.
I wanted to take a moment to be thankful and acknowledge some of my healers.
