Seeking the Peace of God - Part 2
Have you ever picked up a very hot item which you either dropped or put down quickly?
Do you often brood over or seethe inwardly over incidents that you would not discuss publicly?
The later is a form of internal combustion which can have unpleasant consequences... Holding on to negative thoughts is just as dangerous and uncomfortable as holding the hot object was in hand!
If you have a daily routine of negative thoughts, then your world will be just as deadly to you as disease germs and just as dangerous... Your peace of mind can not only stress you, but also cause discomfort in your body!
You would not take contaminated food or drink into your body - yet everyday many unthinkingly allow negative - evil linked suggestions into their mind... Then the resulting upheaval is you wonder what has gone wrong and why?
================================================
You can not go through life without encountering sad or bad people and experiences...
But you would not really want to - because you can gain a Spiritual Understanding to enable you to see these things from a different view point!
Just as you would not want to walk far with a piece of gravel in your shoe - you would remove it at the first opportunity - so it should be with unpleasant thoughts or actions...
Start now to discern that which is important and purposeful in your life - then come to see or understand how or what you should do about it! Ignorance and in action will never help you gain a better view or attitude on any matter that crosses your pathway!
Learn to recognize what has been placed on you path... because until you can discern and recognize that which you need from the crass vain and evil your pathway will be full of dead ends and lost trails...

Matthew Chapter 6 verses 31-33.
31 Therefore take no thought saying. What shall we eat? or what shall we drink? or where will or shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles (world) seek:) for you heavenly Father knows that ye have need of all these things.
33 Therefore seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.
It wasn't to long ago that I had very little interest in Jesus or God the only time that I would give them any thought at all was when I had back myself so far in a corner that there was no way out. Then and only then would I turn to God for help. Well let me tell you that doesn't always work out. We all go through our lives making plans about we are going to do this and we are going to do that and never even give a thought to talking to God about what we are planning.
God made us and he loves us and wants to hear from us. We would rather as a friend for help before we as God. I think that is because we can see our friend standing right in front of us when we as for help and we get and immediate answer from our friend. If they are willing help us how do we know that is the best course of action for us to take?
Did we as God first for his help?
Pray and come to realize that there is only one way....
"Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness: and all these things will be added to you.
To seek the Kingdom of God you must first accept Jesus as you savior.
John Chapter 14: 6
Jesus saith unto him I am the way, the truth and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me.
So before you can ask God for anything you must first accept Jesus as his Son and you Savior. You must believe that God sent his Son perfect and without sin to Earth to be a sacrifice without blemish for all our sins. If you truly believe and tell God that you are a sinner and ask Him to forgive you of your sins in Jesus name he will hear you and you shall be saved.
For that point you will have a true friend that when you have a problem you can go to. I will also say this when God solves a problem it is solved, there is no what if questions about it.
In conclusion seek first the Kingdom of God and you can only do that through Jesus!
If you do that you will then have a relationship with God the Father who according to the Bible will meet you every need. May God bless you all through Jesus Christ His Son Amen.
