Learning and then understanding the two (2) basic kinds of Kairos Rhythms compares the personal seasons and life cycles.
Which gives us the foundation for coming to manage them in our lives...
While it is prudent to try to grasp the future in our plans - remember you can not actually live there until until it comes along...
Life is not static it moves and changes all the time.. Therefore we must learn exactly " what time " it is in our life to have a full and satisfactory existence...
If you search the Bible you will not find any instructions to live a balanced life... The world has pushed time-management techniques and tools from notebooks, Blackberry s and outlook software... While these may be helpful they are like a clock to actual time... At best they can help keep some relevant association; but come up short in providing real future planning or time management...
{Because a clock at best can only attempt to keep up with exact time, but it never manages or controls time..}
Many say there needs to be a balance in your life! Why?
Balance is first of all - not totally possible because of all the changing variables...
Balance is an inherently stagnate concept; built upon preserving a certain tension between fixed objects - which is not really possible over time...
The real purpose of your life should be keyed to natural rhythms! Most everything around us cycles according to natural rhythms, so why are we attempting to live in some form of balance?
What balance?
Humans were living Rhythmic lives before they learned to write or build things... Because rhythm was the way we were made to function in this world.
Yet the modern technological world has obscured our intuitive harmony with nature's rhythms...

Which shows the power of rituals in life are intrinsically rhythmic and easily aligned with the natural rhythms that structure our world...
Stop asking why my life is not balanced - rather seek to understand "Am I in rhythm with those around me?"
Having a clear view of your life's mission or purpose is the key to toward getting your life into the proper rhythm!

Like sunrises, daily eating, the need for certain rest periods and even your breathing or heartbeat..
Only Almighty God who has set the rhythm in your life knows the actual reasons...
