Intro
This was my first day back after being away since Wed, September 3. This was September 29.
My plan is/was to be here today, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and then
go back up on Thursday to LA and the Simi Valley.
Yom Kippur is Friday and Saturday.
I did some important steps but it is evening now, 9:49 pm, and I am just getting up from a long nap and laying around. Everything on Facebook looks like a downer. I wonder why I am having so many people in my Home that I do not know.
I am reviewing what I set out to do today, and attempting to end this day in a good way.
I had a lot of positive feelings today.

Started the day with a lot of frustrations energetically on the Mac Pro. My Iphone is giving me signs that the storage is near full.
I invested time to transfer the iPhoto library for the Trip--National Heirloom Expo 2014 to the iMac and did this.
If I want to go forward, I need to slow down so I can create more.

How many of the Iphoto images in the camera roll are in the Solomon Goldman Iphoto Library?
I started a new Iphoto Library for the trip…

I took a lot of liberties with my food intake today, and paid for it with increased diarrhea.
I was eating everything, even cheese.
I can feel some kidney discomfort now.
