I talked to Morea
I talked to Morea. I'm attempting to find the energy to get out of bed. Morea has been my friend for more than 20 years. She said she loves me. I was feeling very depressed when I called her. She excepts me where I am. She gives me time and space to say whatever I'm feeling.
She works at the Hillcrest Farmer's market on Sundays and sees some private clients during the week.
She says I should talk loving thoughts to myself and give myself nurturing.
I would like to find the strength to let go of many of the things, check that some of the things in my room, that I do not want to carry forward
For the first time yesterday in my process of looking at the future, an opportunity opened up to possibly move to a different location.
This morning that opportunity feels like it would make me feel more isolated. I'm going to look at the place on Saturday.
[I checked back with my friend Kenneth later. I was disappointed t here that that opportunity was not grounded. They need the space for visitors this summer. That was another shock to hear this. ]
Moving from here is a scary proposition., Almost unfathomable.
Moving there would take me farther out into the country. Will my Iphone work out there? That would be a deal breaker. I better call Kenneth and ask.
Morea gives me a lot of permission to feel what I'm feeling. She gives me more permission than I give to myself.
I feel really ashamed about my feelings. I feel like I'm wasting a lot of time. She says that at my age it takes longer to recover.
I'm hungry. I forgot my rice. I wasn't thinking straight when I went shopping.
