I have not had severe symptoms of IBS for numbers of years.
I had them yesterday.
My bowel Has been off for about a month.
It is a feeling of victimization when my bowel feels like it is in charge of my life.
I am feeling that way about the clutter in my room that i have been going after for about a week
It is scary.
Now this.
What could i have. eaten yesterday to have triggered taking the Ibs IBS TI The next level?

Bowel does not feel at peace. Some irritation.

Take shower…bring in rest of food.
switch crock pot to not gluten grain…barley not working.

leave at 10 am for acupuncture….
How to use next 40 minutes wisely?
bring in food box….
Work with one box to get over frustration and sense I cannot make progress with cleanup…
finish dressing first.
