Day 3 - Fast Progressing Beautifully
Date: 11/3/2013 4:45:35 AM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 864 times Today has been good, I woke with a very sore shoulder, that kept me from hopping out of bed before 7 - stayed in hoping it would shift, having very active dreams as I recall is wont to happen during fasting. When I did get up, the shoulder subsided a bit - not to self * better to just get up and moving, it seems to help more than anything :)
Spent the first part of the morning on the box researching & the 2nd part doing a long Morning Practice and a coffee enema - that was great, went very well and brought my pain levels down, energy levels and mood up noticeably.
Spent much of the afternoon straight through to evening going to work on one room of the house --- I have accumulated so many things being a person of no small endeavors or interests & these are in dire need of a good organize with unnecessary things purged... BF's away for a couple of weeks and I have this rare spell of time alone in the house to attend to the nit picky things like going though every bit of the house, room by room and working on the clutter factor... So back room today office/sitting room - hours later I think it is stage 1 of 3 possible sessions - part of it is looking really marvelous, then there are stacks of small boxes and shelves full of oddments and a few small groups of frames and artwork I need to fix up and hang -- an inspiring start, will try to do a bit most days while I have this time... My bf might not recognize the place when he returns :) Mainly been wanting to get to this for ages, it's the ideal time to do it now, no distractions - it will help a lot, shifting the inertia around here so that the new year is clear for progressive work. It's a big process, and it cleans up a lot of energy & space - so, lol, not only me is getting a purification!
Getting late now, going to wind it down, nearly 10pm, so I've done with the cleaning for today - might turn in and read some more of Wilhelm Reich's "The Murder of Christ" - incredible book, haven't read any of his books since my Uni days and got an urge to do so, bought a couple online - still waiting for the 2nd "Character Analysis" to turn up - the man has a profound sense and summation of what ails the human species... Got the day to myself again tomorrow for practice and puttering - should start some yoga also, I've been a bit rough physically and am easing back into some neck and shoulder stretches, stretching out my sciatic nerves.. I do feel much better now after the coffee treatment though, will see how I am on waking..
No real hunger or issues today, not a thought really just enjoying the fast - probably need to drink a bit more water, might do a big warm glass before bed. All for tonight, see you again tomorrow
