Day 10 - Coming off the Fast
Winding it Down for a Bit
Date: 4/28/2013 6:36:17 PM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 9903 times Morning of Day 10, I've been coming off the fast the last 2 days - ate a little each day, not much day 8 and a little more - still light day 9, today might do the same... eat just one small meal - little bit of sushi or soup or something if I feel like it.
Feeling good - still a lot of pain in the body at times, locked up a lot in the shoulders and neck though it moves around - I did experience that same sort of thing the night of the 8th day after doing my 2nd coffee enema - waking in the middle of the night and moving a lot of this locked up stuff in my body.
Yesterday we drove out of town and helped out with a big land clean up on a property a spiritual group we work with runs - nice day, didn't get to do another enema as I was out for so much of it - will do one today and spend some of the day cleaning up the house - kinda a day off today for me - my sis arrives in 2 days, so getting the place tidied up for her, lots of stuff to put away, bits and pieces everywhere :)
enjoying the easy transition off this fast, just taking small amounts of things seems the best way forward and if I start to feel I've had too much or anything just giving a break and some more time... after she leaves I might just go ahead and do one more 8 day fast before heading to Bali
