I had a radical breakthrough the last five hours.
I can only say the only thing I did differently was
spray myself with Mind-Full all morning for mental coherence.
This is an extreme issue I have, mental coherence,
especially when I get near the computer.
I get sucked in; how about you?
Yesterday was a dark night of the soul.
I was on computer for no less than 12 hours.
and then during the early morning as well.
I started to see indications of how split my head and wordls are.
I was finding massive amounts of blogs that are repeated...
or I just start writing under inspiration and then and go on to the next.
I needed some other kind of approach if I am going to get my walking papers done and get on to the next step of function in this campaign to inspire t '7.5 Million + 2 ' to sign on to co-create the Greatest Grass Roots Movement in California History.
This morning I was freaking out.
but I calmed myself with Mind-Full and go mental coherence.
off to acupuncture at PCOM.
