Looking forward to meeting up with the organic stakeholders at this years Think Spring! luncheon. The luncheon from 11:30 am- 1:30 pm
is a major networking event I really enjoy at the Natural Product Expo West.
The Organic Farming Research Foundation has
a very hot luncheon for organic stakeholders,
many involved in the recent deregulation of alfalfa issue by the USDA.
I will be bringing a little pot of growing alfalfa to the luncheon
to inspire an Organic Uprising! We need to stand up now
for Nature's Original Technology.

Leading Organic Chefs prepare the meal each year in the
Anaheim Convention Kitchen run by Aramark.

The presence of OFRF and Organic Trade Association
in that kitchen has influenced the ongoing awareness
of organic food at the Anaheim Convention Center.
