Spent The night at Hidden Valley Spa and Retreat.
Felt headachey all day and it just would not go away.
Ate a bunch of oranges at the Seder and ice cream.
The first cup of wine got to me. I started to feel
pain in my head. Left my room in a mess, really
a mess. Concerned I could not find my license
to drive or a current insurance card. What a mesasge.
Got home. Took a hot shower and put on pajamas
and a warm robe.
Find the license in the rubble on my desk
and called in to my insurance man for a duplicate
California Insurance card.
Sounds like it is going to be raining in the desert
on Thursday.
Still a bit head discomfort.
I have not really eaten all day, except a few things.
Bowel unset. I avoided the matxzah.
How do I want to use the next 24 hours?
I need some completes.
Upsetting underlying stress re: close relationship
issue. Drawing on my head too.
with the workshop for CfjC.
