Fritz Ter Meer Articles on the Web
Research on FRITZ TER MEER.
Ter Meer is attributed to be the inspiration
behind The CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION,
and a Nazi held in high esteem by his peers.
He was convicted at The Nuremburg Trials.
After his release from prison,
the Bayer company appointed him to
chairperson of its advisory board.
Bayer is one of the companies
formed from the split of I.G.Farben,
the Big Pharma Company that
helped make gases for the chambers
at Auschwitz. Ter Meer worked
for I.G. Farben as well.
THE CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION
is involved in International Trade.
It has been meeting since 1963.
The Food Safety Enchancement Act of 2009,
that passed the House July 30, #HR2749,
giving the FDA increase regulatory powers,
appears to be headed in the direction
of helping us as a nation "Harmonize"
with the Rules and Regs
of the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
MICHAEL TAYLOR, our FDA new Food Czar,
spoke positively of CODEX ALIMENTARIUS July 29
in hearings. This is all too bizarre a story to tell...
KEEP the BEET has me up early this morning
researching the web for some very interesting
historical connections that relate to our

I attended a Singles Jewish Shabbaton this past weekend.
I was stunned and shocked by the amount of white
sugar and Aspartame loaded beverages.
Aspartame is singled out in this lawsuit
here for serious injuries. BAYER is tied with
with the creation and marketing of this neurotoxin.
FRITZ TER MEER came to my attention
last summer as one of the BAYER original execs.
His roots go deep into Auschwitz.
I wonder if the Jewish people who enjoy
these drinks every week realize the connection.
I found Diabetes unusually high among those
who attended the shabbaton.
I am very concerned, and ethically,
want to do something to educate.

LAWSUITS ACCUSE MANY COMPANIES OF POISONING THE PUBLIC WITH ASPARTAME
SACRAMENTO -- April 6th, Lawsuits were filed in three separate California courts against twelve companies who either produce or use the artificial sweetener aspartame as a sugar substitute in their products. The suits were filed in Shasta, Sonoma and Butte County, California.
The suits allege that the food companies committed fraud and breach of warranty by marketing products to the public such as diet Coke, diet Pepsi, sugar free gum, Flintstone's vitamins, yogurt and children's aspirin with the full knowledge that aspartame, the sweetener in them, is neurotoxic.
Aspartame is a drug masquerading as an additive. It interacts with other drugs, has a synergistic and additive effect with MSG, and is a chemical hyper-sensitization agent. As far back as 1970, Dr. John Olney founded the field of neuroscience called excitotoxicity when he did studies on aspartic acid, which makes up 40% of aspartame, and found it caused lesions in the brains of mice. He made world news on the aspartame/brain tumor connection in l996. Dr. Ralph Walton, Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry, Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine has written of the behavioral and psychiatric problems triggered by aspartame-caused depletion of serotonin.
Aspartame causes headache, memory loss, seizures, vision loss, coma and cancer. It worsens or mimics the symptoms of such diseases and conditions as fibromyalgia, MS, lupus, ADD, diabetes, Alzheimer's, chronic fatigue and depression.
Aspartame liberates free methyl alcohol. The resulting chronic methanol poisoning affects the dopamine system of the brain causing addiction. Methanol, or wood alcohol, constitutes one-third of the aspartame molecule and is classified as a severe metabolic poison and narcotic. Recent news is full of reports of world-class athletes and other healthy consumers of aspartame suddenly dropping dead. Sudden death can occur from aspartame use because it damages the cardiac conduction system.

I have been writing on this

I am going to lay it aside.
There is a part of me that

MICHAEL TAYLOR TO TACKLE
FOOD SAFETY at FDA
MY POINT OF VIEW
It is wonderful that we live in such
a transparent age when within a few
hours we can get a sense of the forces
that are aligning, and then make a wise
decision about where we want to go.
I did all this research this morning
in light of Mr Taylor's testimony.
From my perspective,
I would like to usher in
BEET KEEPERS, Return!

a time when we each
again learn to grow some
of our own food, and have
Food Safety through
Knowing our Grower.
Grow Some of Your Own Food.
Be intimate with the farmer(s)
growing the rest of your food.
It is important to underscore
that CODEX ALIMENTARIUS
is concerned about trade,
not health.
The decisions that make
regarding Rules and Regs
are based on whether
something is good for
Trade.
Organic Food as an example
is not good for Trade,
for the Codex point of view.
It ruins the market for
pharmaceutical drugs.
This is why Codex is in favor
of watering down Organic standards.
KEEP the BEET's Program
is more of people who want
to have both Health as well
as a sound economy.
I am looking forward to
visiting sitting in on one of the
Codex meetings.
It would be fascinating to watch
the body in action and attend
some of their social gatherings.

INTRO TO
THE CODEX ALIMENTARIUS
COMMISSION
"Codex is not just about nutritional supplements.
In fact, it is the primary political battlefield
where the war is being waged about who will regulate
and control the global food supply from farm to fork.
This 'war' is being waged by an increasingly tangled web
of global authorities, big business and financial interests,
and, as such, trade and profit are its prime goals –
not human health.
Current indications suggest that the long-term financial winners
in the battle to gain control over the world's food supply are
likely to be the pharmaceutical and chemical industries;
especially so given that the adoption of still further Codex
guidelines for foods derived from biotechnology
now seems almost inevitable. As a result,
our freedom of choice, our future health
and the environment itself are all now clearly at risk."

Lots of insightful information
at the RATH FOUNDATION LINK
about the CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION.
FROM David Klein, B.S., Ph.D.
"The Codex Alimentarius agenda,
which has long metastasized
in the recesses of closed board rooms
and governmental chambers,
is now coming to light.
This is the paramount issue of our times,
yet few know about it.
If Codex standards ever replace the current laws
in the U.S. governing food and dietary supplements,
it will affect not just Americans' right
to choose supplements,
but our right to grow crops with untampered seeds,
to buy pure organic food,
and to live free of the tyranny
of Big Agro-Chem-Pharma-Med,
through health-destructive FDA rules
enacted and enforced by a pro-corporate government
that cares nothing about our health freedom.
In other words, the "natural health" industry will perish.
Now more than ever, we must exercise our democratic duty
and be vigilant in protecting that freedom,
the health and survival of the Earth,
and all her creatures and citizenry.

"The FDA would also like to harmonize
our dietary supplement laws with the evolving
international standards set by Codex,
thus branding therapeutic nutrition as dangerous and risky
and needing to be sold by Big Pharma
or removed from the market altogether
(if it competes with a blockbuster category of drugs).
Codex is planning to use the same proteomics
and biomarker technology that will be used
by the FDA’s Critical Path Initiative
to remove therapeutic dietary supplements
from the international market and force their policies
on America, thereby superseding the sovereignty of American law
on threat of trade sanctions.
The FDA fully supports draconian Codex guidelines
to regulate dietary supplements and is working with
the Germans to concoct technology to brand nutrients as drugs."

CODEX ALIMENTARIUS:
WILL EU LAWS BECOME WORLD STANDARD?
EU stands for European Union.

WHAT DOES FRITZ TER MEER
HAVE TO DO WITH CODEX
ALIMENTARIUS???
Just fifteen years after they were convicted
in the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, Bayer,
BASF and Hoechst were again the architects of the
next major human rights offences.
In 1962, they established the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
(Remark made by the Dr. Rath Health Foundation)
From 1956-1964, he was reinstated as a member
of the Managing Board of Bayer AG.
In 1962, ter Meer was one of the architects
of the "Codex Alimentarius - Commission"
and one of the main designers of the schemes that would
profit from human suffering.

WHAT IS THE RELATIONSHIP
BETWEEN CONTROL OF FOOD
TER MEER, and CODEX ALIMENTARIUS???
At LIVE H20, the international food event
I attended June 19-21, I met a woman from
London. She had come all the way for the festival.
We talked. We asked me this question:
"Why were more Americans not more concerned
about CODEX ALIMENTARIUS???
I heard about CODEX years ago through
getting to know leaders from the NATIONAL
HEALTH FEDERATION. They would put on wonderful
expos in SoCal. They were always pointing
out CODEX, but as most of us, I never paid
attention.
The woman's question stuck in my head
in the weeks following LIVE H2O.
I started to look it up on the web.
I came up DR. RIMA LAIBOW who
in various video clips on the web
introduced me to the name of
FRITZ TER MEER for the first time.
She said that while in prison at
for WW2 crimes, he came up with this idea:
The Nazi's had worked too hard
to get rid of the Jewish people.
An easier approach would be to
control food.
CODEX ALIMENTARIUS had already existed
as an some kind of institution in European History.
He told up the name that, DR LIABOW said
means, "Food Rules." Through controling
food, they could control the world.
THIS IS THE VIDEO MADE
IN GERMANY WHERE DR RIMA LIABOW
TELLS THE STORY
It begins in German, and then, the

BIO NOTE ON FRITZ TER MEER
Born 1884, Fritz ter Meer was appointed to membership
on the board of I.G.
Farben, 1925. During World War II,
he was responsible for the construction of
the I.G. Farben works in Auschwitz.
During this period, aproximately 30.000
slave-laborers met with death.
In the IG-Farben-Prozess of the Nuremburg
Trials, Fritz ter Meer was convicted of enslavement and looting,
and sentenced in July 1948 to seven years in prison.
During the hearings, he stated that no particular sorrow
was due the forced-slave-laborers, since they would have been
put to death immediately, had they not worked.
After his release from prison,
the Bayer company appointed him to
chairperson of its advisory board. After his death in 1967,
the Bayer company established the "Fritz ter Meer Foundation,"
which promotes students accepted to membership
and study within the foundation.

GROUP URGES NCSU
TO END DEAL WITH BAYER
A German activist group is attacking N.C. State University
for agreeing to collaborate on research
with Bayer CropScience and accepting a $1 million
endowment from the company to establish
a chair in sustainable development.
"Bayer has a long history of giving precedence to profits
over human rights and a sound environment,"
the Coalition Against Bayer Dangers wrote
in a recent letter to university officials.
"By helping this corporation to greenwash its image,
you reduce the concept of sustainable development
to absurdity. We therefore urge you to stop this cooperation."
Bayer CropScience's endowment and collaboration
with the university's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
was announced last week in conjunction with a symposium
at the university titled "Stewards of the Future:
Research for Global Sustainability Tomorrow."
Bayer CropScience has its U.S. headquarters
in Research Triangle Park, where it employs 450 people.
It's a subsidiary of Bayer AG, a corporate behemoth based
in Germany whose businesses span the pharmaceutical,
materials and agribusiness sectors.
BAYER PESTICIDE
IMPLICATED IN BEE's
DISAPPEARANCE?
The Coalition Against Bayer Dangers has been monitoring --
and criticizing -- Bayer for decades, but it has stepped
up its efforts in the wake of the controversy surrounding
one of Bayer's best-selling pesticides and the disappearance
of millions of U.S. honeybees.
In August, the group filed
a complaint in Germany alleging Bayer knowingly
polluted the environment. Company officials
have rejected the contention that its pesticides
played a role in the bees' disappearance.
Johnny Wynne, dean of the College of Agriculture
and Life Sciences, said he has not seen the letter
and knows of no reason "at this particular point"
to end the collaboration.
Wynne said the school has had discussions
with Bayer CropScience officials on sustainability issues
such as reducing greenhouse gases,
protecting water supplies and biodiversity.

LETTER TO THE UNITED NATIONS
EXCLUDE BAYER FROM GLOBAL COMPACT
Axel Koehler-Schnura, board member of the
Coalition against Bayer Dangers, says:
“Bayer has a long history of giving profits
precedence over human rights and a sound environment.
We have documented hundreds of cases when Bayer´s
products or factories have harmed people
or the environment. Bayer's participation
in the Global Compact is detrimental
to the reputation of the programme and its participants”.
The Coalition has been monitoring the chemical
and pharmaceutical company
Bayer for more than 30 years
and is working on a broad range of issues such as emissions
of Bayer plants, hazards caused by Bayer products,
and accidents in Bayer plants.
The complaint is based on the aftermath
of the huge explosion at Bayer's US facilities
in Institute/US last year.
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aOnvwuLxlF.Y&refer=home
According to a US Congress
investigation faulty safety systems,
significant shortcomings with the emergency procedures
and a lack of employee training led to the catastrophe.
The region narrowly escaped a catastrophe
that could have surpassed the 1984 Bhopal disaster.
The investigation continues:
"Evidence obtained by the committee demonstrates
that Bayer engaged in a campaign of secrecy
by withholding critical information from local,
county and state emergency responders;
by restricting the use of information provided
to federal investigators; by undermining news outlets
and citizen groups concerned about the dangers posed
by Bayer's activities; and by providing inaccurate
and misleading information to the public."
BAYER and UNION CARBIDE
ACCIDENT IN BHOPAL???
Philipp Mimkes from the Coalition against Bayer Dangers adds:
“These findings prove that Bayer systematically violates
various principles of the Global Compact, such as principle 7
(Precautionary environmental protection), Principle 8
(Specific commitment to environmental protection)
and Principle 9 (Diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies).
Bayer´s policies do not comply with the Compact's principles on the environment and thereby are harmful
to the credibility of the programme.
We therefore urge the UN to exclude Bayer
from the Global Compact.”
In the 1980s, the Institute factory belonged to Union Carbide
and was regarded as the "sister plant" to the infamous factory i
n Bhopal, India where in December 1984 thirty tons of MIC leaked
and at least 15,000 people died. Today,
nowhere else in the United States
such large quantities of MIC are produced and stored.

Bayer´s Annual Shareholder Meeting: Countermotions Introduced
Countermotion to Item 3: The actions of the members of the Supervisory Board are not ratifiedfF
BAYER SUES to UPHOLD
PATIENTS AGAINST CHEAPER
GENERIC DRUGS THAT COST
LESS
BAYER is suing the Drugs Controller General of India
(DCGI) for having issued a license for the drug Nexavar
to the company Cipla. In India, approval can be granted
for generic pharmaceuticals even
if the original substance is still patentprotected.
The idea is that inexpensive substitute products can
be launched onto the market immediately a patent expires.
Both Indian laws and the international
TRIPS agreement on the protection of intellectual property
provide for such licenses for generics before a patent expires.
If BAYER won this lawsuit, it would have serious implications regarding access to inexpensive drugs. It would affect
not only Indian patients but poor people
all over the world, because India is one of the world's
largest producers of generics.
BAYER evidently wants not only to extend its own patent rights
but also to create a precedent.
This would delay the use of live-saving generics
generally and threaten the lives of thousands of patients
(see Health groups: Defend affordable drug treatment in India).
___
Reasoning: The Supervisory Board does not adequately fulfill its functions of overseeing the work of the Board of Management, and its actions should therefore not be ratified. Below are some examples of the irresponsible corporate policy that is tolerated by the Supervisory Board:
The BAYER herbicide glufosinate is toxic to reproduction and can cause deformities in fetuses. The active ingredient belongs to a group of 22 pesticides that must disappear from the market under the new E.U. pesticide legislation. Despite the proven risk for users and consumers, however, BAYER refuses to halt the sale of the toxic substance. At present, in fact, production is even being extended.
The risks emanating from glufosinate must also have consequences for BAYER's genetic engineering program, which consists almost entirely of glufosinateresistant seeds. Due to the hazards connected with glufosinate and also because of contamination of other plants by GM crops and the unclarified risks for consumers, BAYER must withdraw glufosinate-resistant seeds from the market. In particular, BAYER must withdraw its application for an E.U. import permit for genetically modified rice (New EU pesticide laws: Take Glufosinate off the Market immediately!).

1. The German pharmaceutical cartel was the principal financial sponsor of Adolph Hitler's rise to power.
2. Fritz ter Meer, a Bayer executive and originator of the slogan "Arbeit Macht Frei" (work liberates) found over the gates to Auschwitz and other Nazi mass murder camps, was sentenced to a mere eight years for war crimes, which killed 6 million people, many of whom served as human guinea pigs for drug experimentation.
3. ter Meer got "paroled" after four years, reinstated to the management of Bayer, and in 1963 became an architect of the sinister CAC (Codex Alimentarius Commission).

IG Farben lost only 13% percent of their capacity in air strikes during the Second World War. Industrial plants were hardly bombed because the Americans knew that IG Farben delivered aeroplane fuel via the Rockefeller group. After the war who was chosen to be the judge of the lawsuit against IG Farben management during the Nuremberg trials but Howard C. Peterson. Peterson was a former partner of the New York law firm, Cravath, Gersdorff, Swain & Wood. They represented the interests of IG Farben after the war in the USA.
IG Farben board member, Fritz ter Meer became the chairman of the board for BAYER in 1956. He said during the Nuremberg trials on the topic of human experiments that "concentration camp prisoners were not subjected to exceptional suffering, because they would have been killed anyway". Eleven of the IG Farben managers were set free. Six received prison sentences from 18 months to 3 years. Ter Meer received a 7 year sentence, while Ambros and Dürrfeld received eight years. All those convicted were released from prison early. Some were included in the succeeding management team of the IG Farben Cartel.
90% of IG Farben ownership was divided up among BAYER, HOECHST, and BASF. Every one of the former of the IG Farben companies, BASF, BAYER, and Hoechst are bigger and more powerful now than ever before. Despite the formal disintegration of the IG Farben company, BASF, BAYER and Hoechst act homogeneously due to common profit interests. BASF proved their lack of a sense of guilt only in 1991 when they levelled the last remains, shacks, gas chambers and crematoriums of the former IG Farben Schwarzheide concentration camp, "by mistake". BAYER reacts to accusations in their own way. Critical stockholders from the Co-ordination against the BAYER-Gefahren (CBG) used their right to speak at a shareholders meeting in Cologne in 1995. They referred to the past of the BAYER company and called for the erection of a fund to compensate former forced labour workers at the Auschwitz Monowitz concentration camp. The plan was to put a mere DM from every stock into this fund. The microphone was turned off after many interruptions. The three CBG members were forcibly thrown out of the hall by security guards when they tried to continue speaking. This took place under the direct orders of the Chairman of the Board, Hermann-Josef Stenger. He also ordered them to stay away.
The survivors of the IG Farben factory have still not received one Pfennig in compensation. The official reason: BAYER is not the legal successor of IG Farben.
"We're not allowed to let I.G. Farben stay out in the rain", a caricature out of the magazine of the US Society to Stop the Third World War.(1947)
BAYER is called on by the Co-ordination against BAYER-Gefahren and other organisations to:
to compensate all surviving IG Farben forced labour workers
to meet the Food and Agriculture Organisation codes on the control of the sale of pesticides set by the World Health Organisation
to take pesticides in toxicity class 1 off the market
to suspend all commercial exploitation of irrational medicine
The Co-ordination against BAYER-Gefahren also calls for the opening of all BAYER archives for interested parties, so that any involvement of the company in the crimes committed during the Nazi regime can be made completely clear.

TER MEER
ESTABLISHES
CODEX????
The entrance of the Auschwitz Concentration Camp
Just fifteen years after they were convicted
in the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, Bayer,
BASF and Hoechst were again the architects of the
next major human rights offences.
In 1962, they established the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
(Remark made by the Dr. Rath Health Foundation)
This dark period of German history
is inextricably bound to one man, Fritz ter Meer:
He was a member of the Managing Board of IG Farben from its inception to its dissolution. As the Wartime Manager, he was responsible for IG Auschwitz.
In the Nuremberg Tribunal, ter Meer stated:
"Forced labor did not inflict any remarkable injury,
pain, or suffering on the detainees,
particularly since the alternative for these workers
would have been death."
In 1948, ter Meer was sentenced by the Nuremberg Tribunal
to seven years in prison for plundering and slavery.
In 1952, his sentence was commuted,
due to the influence of powerful friends.
From 1956-1964, he was reinstated as a member
of the Managing Board of Bayer AG.
In 1962, ter Meer was one of the architects
of the "Codex Alimentarius - Commission"
and one of the main designers of the schemes that would
profit from human suffering.
(Remark made by the Dr. Rath Health Foundation)
The deceptive title "Codex Alimentarius"
is no accident. It was devised by the same companies
and indeed the same individuals, who gave the Auschwitz concentration camp inmates the deceptive slogan
"Arbeit mach frei" ("Work makes you free").
(Remark made by the Dr. Rath Health Foundation)
As long as the Nazi infection continues to work its influence and threaten the lives of untold millions,
no German has the right to proclaim that the Nazi era is finished.

Bayer Can't Blame Government for GM Maize Withdrawal
Soil Association Press Release, 31 March 2004
The Soil Association today accused Bayer of being deceitful when they put the whole blame for their withdrawal of GM maize on the UK Government.
Peter Melchett, the Soil Association's policy director, said "Bayer are blaming their withdrawal of GM maize from the UK on 'regulatory hurdles' imposed by the British Government. In fact they have been caught out by their own, inaccurate hype.
"GM companies have always claimed that GM crops need less chemical sprays. In the three-year farm scale trials Bayer's GM maize was grown with the use of one weed-killing spray. But Soil Association research in the USA and Canada had already shown that GM maize grown commercially needed at least two weedkillers. Indeed, GM companies in America are even selling branded mixtures of weed killing sprays to farmers growing their GM crops, so they can hardly deny that several sprays are often needed.
"Unfortunately for Bayer, the British Government took them at their word, and said that their GM maize could only be grown using one weedkiller. Based on experience in North America, Bayer know that won't work in practice. In these circumstances, its really not surprising that Bayer have withdrawn the GM maize, effectively ending the prospect of any GM crops being grown in the UK for the foreseeable future."

"* HR 2749 would empower FDA to regulate how crops are raised and harvested. It puts the federal government right on the farm, dictating to our farmers. [This astounding control opens the door to CODEX. WTO "good farming practices" will include the elimination of organic farming by eliminating manure, mandating GMO animal feed, imposing animal drugs, and ordering applications of petrochemical fertilizers and pesticides. Farmers, thus, will be locked not only into the industrialization of once normal and organic farms but into the forced purchase of industry's products. They will be slaves on the land, doing the work they are ordered to do - against their own best wisdom - and paying out to industry against their will.
There will be no way to be frugal, to grow one's own grain to feed the animals, to raise healthy animals without GMO grains or drugs, to work with nature at all. Grassfed cattle and poultry and hogs will be finished. So, it's obvious where control will take us. And weren't these the "rumors on the internet" that were dismissed but are clearly the case?]"

"Underpinning the WTO, FTAA, and CAFTA is the ideology that all food -- from basic grains and meat to fruits and vegetables -- should be produced for international export. This is a drastic shift from the centuries-old practice where each country produced the majority of food its citizens needed on local, small farms -- and only traded in certain products that could not be grown locally. Indeed, the first great wave of globalization -- the colonization of Africa, Asia, and Latin America -- was based on transnational companies forcing local farmers to give up local food production, and shift production to plantations using enslaved Indigenous and African labor to grow luxury crops of coffee, sugar, bananas, and cocoa for export to the colonizing countries."

The IG Farben Cartel was dismantled and split by the Nuremberg Tribunal into the daughter companies Hoechst, Bayer and BASF. With the help of Nelson Rockefeller, their former business partner and US Undersecretary of State after the war, all convicted IG Farben managers were released from prison already in 1952 and reassumed positions in the highest levels of German industry.

The discovery that vitamins and other essential nutrients are the answer to the most common health problems of our time marked not only a turning point in medicine but it immediately threatened the very existence of the pharmaceutical industry.
Between 1991 and 1994 and as a direct reaction to Dr. Rath's discoveries, the Pharma-Cartel tried to make vitamins and other essential nutrients prescription drugs in the US, their single largest national market. The pretenses under which the Pharma-Cartel promoted their legislative plan, “consumer protection” from non-existing side-effects and “international harmonization” to adapt inadequately low daily nutritional recommendations, were false and deceptive.

COMPETENCE OF THE COURTS
I. This complaint is formally filed with the International Court of Justice in The Hague, The Netherlands, for the following compelling reasons:
The International Court of Justice in the Hague has the competence for trials against humanity. In a similar way, the International Court of Justice conducted the International Tribunal on War Crimes Against former Yugoslavia and against individuals who had committed crimes against humanity. The mass murder, genocide and other crimes committed by and on behalf of the Pharma-Cartel surpass those committed by any war criminals by an order of magnitude.
The extraordinary magnitude of these crimes essentially affecting every human life on earth urges for international proceedings in addition to any legal action that may be taken at the local, regional or national level.
To organize these crimes, the Pharma-Cartel abuses bodies of the United Nations Organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and the “Codex Alimentarius Commission” established under the auspices of these UN-Organizations.
These efforts directly contradict and openly violate the purpose of these UN-Organizations that were created to serve humanity and not to harm it. Therefore, the International Court of Justice has a moral, ethical and legal obligation and responsibility to initiate this case.
II. This document will serve as a legal basis for all governments and member countries of the United Nations to officially support the organization of this International Tribunal against the accused at the International Court of Justice, through the United Nations Organizations and through other ways and means. People around the world are encouraged to hold their political leaders responsible if their governments delay such support that would bring to an end the ongoing mass murder and world-wide genocide committed by the accused.

"Billions of People Expected to Die Under Current Codex Alimentarius Guidelines"
Barbara Minton | Natural News - July 21, 2009
http://www.naturalnews.com/026663_CODEX_food_health.html
Your right to eat healthy food and use supplements of your choice is rapidly vanishing, but every effort has been made to keep you in the dark about the coming nutricide. Codex Alimentarius is scheduled for full global implementation on December 31, 2009, and not a word has been spoken in main stream media about this threat to humanity. Yet, according to the projections of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), a minimum of 3 billion people will die from the Codex mandated vitamin and mineral guideline alone. As the clock ticks toward this irrevocable deadline, the Natural Solutions Foundation (NSF) and its medical director, Dr. Rima Laibow, are feverishly working to change Codex guidelines. They need your help.
Former Nazi Hermann Schmitz looked for an alternative to brute force for controlling people and realized that people could be controlled through their food supply.
Codex is the enemy of everyone except those who will profit from it, according to Dr. Laibow. She points to its association with those who committed crimes during the Nazi regime. At the end of World War II, the Nuremberg tribunal judged Nazis who had committed horrendous crimes against humanity and sentenced them to prison terms. One of those found guilty was the president of the megalithic corporation I.G. Farben, Hermann Schmitz. His company was the largest chemical manufacturing enterprise in the world, and had extraordinary political and economic power and influence with the Hitlerian Nazi state. Farben produced the gas used in the Nazi gas chambers, and the steal for the railroads built to transport people to their deaths.
While serving his prison term, Schmitz looked for an alternative to brute force for controlling people and realized that people could be controlled through their food supply. When he got out of prison, he went to his friends at the United Nations (UN) and laid out a plan to take over the control of food worldwide. A trade commission called Codex Alimentarius (Latin for food code) was re-created under the guise of it being a consumer protection commission. But Codex was never in the business of protecting people. It has always been about money and profits at the expense of people.
In 1962, the timetable was set for Codex to be fully implemented on a global level by December 31, 2009. Under Codex, committees were established to create guidelines on such topics as fish and fisheries, fats and oils, fruits and vegetables, ground nuts, nutrition, food for specialized uses, and vitamins and minerals. There were 27 committees in all, creating a huge bureaucracy. Under Codex there are over 4,000 guidelines and regulations on everything that can be put into your mouth with the exception of pharmaceuticals which are not regulated by Codex.

Book overview
The remarkable rise and shameful fall of one of the twentieth century’s greatest conglomerates
At its peak in the 1930s, the German chemical conglomerate IG Farben was one of the most powerful corporations in the world. To this day, companies formerly part of the Farben cartel—the aspirin-maker Bayer, the graphics supplier Agfa, the plastics giant BASF—continue to play key roles in the global market. IG Farben itself, however, is remembered mostly for its infamous connections to the Nazi Party and its complicity in the atrocities of the Holocaust. After the war, Farben’s leaders were tried for crimes that included mass murder and exploitation of slave labor.
In Hell’s Cartel, Diarmuid Jeffreys presents the first comprehensive account of IG Farben’s rise and fall, tracing the enterprise from its nineteenth-century origins, when the discovery of synthetic dyes gave rise to a vibrant new industry, through the upheavals of the Great War era, and on to the company’s fateful role in World War II. Drawing on extensive research and original interviews, Hell’s Cartel sheds new light on the codependence of industry and the Third Reich, and offers a timely warning against the dangerous merger of politics and the pursuit of profit.

STEINER AND CHEMICAL FARMING
In the earlier years of the twentieth century, adoption of conventional agriculture gained momentum with the use of nitrogen based inorganic fertilizers. These were manufactured through condensation of nitrogen from the air and consequently applying it to the fields. Steiner believed this chemical farming was detrimental to the environment and clearly stated that application of chemical fertilizers is an action that must be stopped. This was because the crops grown on the field after a period of time ended up losing their nutritional values as a completely general law. Steiner was certain that chemical farming through the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers would lead to the degradation in the food quality produced.
Steiner also believed this was not only because of the biological or chemical nature relating to the materials involved. He believed that it was also caused by the divine inadequacies in the entire chemical move towards farming. Steiner believed in monism, which considered the mutually exclusive material and spiritual nature of each and everything in the world. Steiner believed that there is a sharp difference between living and dead matter, thus synthetic nutrients were very much different from the living microbial made nutrients. The name " biodynamic” or “biologically dynamic" was carried forward by Steiner's supporters. The core aspect of biodynamics hold that, farm in its entirety is viewed as an organism and consequently ought to be a bunged self-nourishing organism, which the measures nourish. Ailment of organisms is not tackled in isolation since it is an indicator of problems in the whole life form. Rudolf Steiner is applauded for establishing various aspects of biodynamics that have proved to be very useful to educationalists, farmers and medical doctors at large.
