Plant Spirit Medicine
I have been seeing a practitioner of Plant Spirit Medicine for 3 sessions now. She trained and worked with Eliot Cowan for years; he is often credited with bringing the knowledge of Plant Spirit Medicine to the attention of the West (Indigenous peoples have been practicing plant spirit medicine in the Americas for thousands of years, but Westerners, AKA non-indigenous peoples, knew next to nothing about it.) Cowan's book, "Plant Spirit Medicine, The Healing Power of Plants", is a favorite of mine. At the time I first read it, I had never heard of Plant Spirit Medicine.
