Directions to Catamaran:
Take the 8 West to the West Mission Bay Dr/ Sports
Arena Blv Exit. Turn right at the exit. Follow the signs
on the right to West Mission Bay Dr. This is a loop.
The last road before the ocean is Mission Blvd.
Make a right and the hotel is 1 mile downon your right side.
the hotel is on the corner of Mission Blvd and Pacific Beach Drive.
THe Hotel has a very large building that is visible from Misison Blvd
as you approach, slow down.
You are looking for an alley to the loading dock.
The little alley is right about 5) feet SouthWest of the Catamaran
says Taco Shop, or La Playas....go in the alley to
the loading dock of the Catamaran.
Meet at 7 PM.

Worked all day until after 4 here creating Art Work Graphics
for these.
Then, went down to Staples College Grove.
Ashley was there to help me.
All my work was on the one USB DRIVE portable stick.
Had the Hibby-Gibbies in route in part.
So I got this far, what if they Hewlett Packard Kiosk
printer is not working. What if something malfunctions?
All went well.
I printed until after 8:45 P.M, or near to closing at 9 PM.
Ashley is a joy to work with.
I have a history of good Midwives over the years
when I am bringing out new things.
It makes such a difference to have a personal touch.
I came out with printed pages, more than 32 for the
key ideas...a Playbook that shows me most of what
I want to set in motion for the Pacific Symposium 08.
Set Up is election Day, 6:30 PM in the evening
down at the Catamaran.
Exit LEFT: Bowel Management....
I have EXCELLENT news to report.
I have been experiencing improvement in
my Bowel Health all week.
Yesterday was the culmination of this improvement...
I was able to work down at Staples for at least five hours
and then come home without any urgency to find a toilet.
This is a major improvement for me.
This last Bowel Movement was clearly a sign that
something is Working.
Wow!
I am going to Blog on that with the Day's Details
and Weeks Food Diary as requested by Eyton Shalom
who I will see at 2 PM. Need to get those details.
What is Critical for this morning?
Wear Blinders...get beyond some late night energies
that I let into my fiend from around the house.
Put aside concerns that add stress....
Confirm with Bill Talk for timing, and Mariah.
Will I have what I need Tuesday night from the Catamaran?
How much of the set up needs to happen Wednesday?
What support do I have for the event?
Ah, the sight of the Playbook of printed pages...
that gives me some sense of a Success Coming Down
to Earth.

I Found the Originals I need...
that I can print....
I would prefer to find these on
the Computer, so I can run them off on Rhmax Paper...
but that would be expenive and time consuming.
