Bottoms Up! Got a lot of Creative things to do today.
Feeling real good about this. Feeling some improvement
after Acupuncture yesterday and adding some new Remedies
for IBS.

No child left behind....
brings to mind a couple things:
Sitting with Margaret Spelling,
Education Head for George Bush.
Press Conference at the BIO during
early summer.
No Child Left behind:
I am down on my knees now
with a microfiber wiping up dust.
I am thinking how yesterday I was
feeling so left out, so left out at 60
going on 61 next month.
Is that how it goes?
A Child Left behind in my youth
turns into a man going on 61 feeling
left out?
Down on my knees, thinking of
Obama. I hope, God, please, he wins.
We so need a breathe of Fresh Air,
someone who at least has a Vision of Something New.
I like the idea of what he is saying about Education.
We so need someone willing to not leave Children behind
or anyone who wants to go to college.
We need this kind of Fresh Air.
There are always going to be smears.
Most of them are made up.
I feel this man is a breathe of Fresh Air.
I was just talking to him in my head....
Be a Tool for bringing the nation together.
Model it. Bring in some people who sit on the other
side of the Aisle into your new Day.
Much to do today.
I see where when I start running these
Left Out Feelings of a Life Unlived
when my Bowel is Bottoming Out.
I need to be able to count on my Bowel
to be with me, a friend, a part of my
body that is working with the rest of me,
allowing Dreams.
I am doing all I can.
Had an incredible session with Warren Sheir
yesterday at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
He put in the the Acupuncture Needles himself,
having the interns find the spots.
I had a very scary pain on the left side of my gut
since Sunday afternoon. On a scale of ten, it was
five on Sunday, unremitting. Monday it was up to seven
when I touched it, and present.
This morning it is down to two on a scale of ten.
Just from one Acupuncture Treatment.
I added a few more remedies yesterday.
I am sipping goup now.
It has Jameth's Vitamineral Green Powder from WFM,
some Essential Glumanine Powder, some of Olivia Weber's
Vita Biosa fermented herbs from Europe,
a teaspoon of Michael Huffman's Colloidal Silver Silver-Ion,
and some Diatomaceous Earth recommended by
Nuva Yeetah.
So isn't that a great morning waker uper?????
I was hungry.
I also started the day with one pil of DGL Deglycerated Licorice
that says Digestion (Recommended by Warren Sheir)
and one Peppermint Plus capsule recomended by both
Warren and Nuva.
I watered KEEP the BEET growing on the back porch.
I put some beet seeds in there yesterday, a breakthrough
and something new. How long to come up?????
Got them from Bill Tall at City Farmers Nursery.
I also put in a Winged Bean...I have one of two left
from the 80's. No success yet with a Winged Bean
said to be a great food for feeding Africa.
When I was a kid,
a remember going into the trash and pulling out
remains of talcum powders and such and mixing them
into a brew. I never drank that one.

Was doing well.

Sweet A. stopped my Creative Flow to
with an inspiration to Help me. She wanted to Vacuum my Floor.
She assembles the Vac. Some of the parts are missing.
Ouch!
She finds a place to turn it on, plugging in my room.
It is blowing out dust, enormous dust!
Oh my God.
And it was used downstairs....

Recently fixed...triump of a couple weeks ago.
Not working again, right?????
Sinking. Sinking. Bottoming Out.
Get to Toilet. Pain in left side of gut.
Get back to Flow....get this out of my energy field.
I am doing so good today, Creating...
Two cards done....methodically.
