Book of Cures- People's Pharmacy

11 Billion dollars is spent by Americans each year to relieve allergy suffering but the least expensive of all supplements, apple cider vinegar with a little dash of cayenne and cinnamon cured my allergies. They are gone. I don't have to do a maintenance dose each day but when I start feeling the mucous come on, I just add these ingredients to a little juice and they are gone.
