Gratitude for help with My Arthritis + Knees--AminoActiv.
Today is Feb 1, 2017. I am updating this #PlantYourDreamBlog with notes of a conversation I had with Mark Faulkner, prime mover behind AminoActiv, my anti-inflammatory of choice. I have benefited immensely from this non toxic supplement. I believe it can help many more people.
Among the benefits I have experienced from AminoActiv has been the capacity to avoid narcotic pain relievers. I had a lithotripsy--a kidney stone procedure-- a few years ago. After the procedure, I was able to avoid taking the narcotics. I used AminoActiv instead. it helped me manage the pain.and to avoid the narcotic side effects.

How fast can a dream grow? As fast as a blade of grass!
I’ve been having a lot of pain in my knees lately especially the one on the left. I fell down twice in the last four months and I’m walking with a brace on the left side.
I’ve been using Caster oil packs and some other natural pain relievers and I likely couldn’t have done what I’ve been doing the last months without a anti-inflammatory called #AminoActiv that I call my Cinderella pill.

A Wonderous Dream in the Midst of a Nation's Mightmare. I wrote this November 14, 2016. Yesterday, Sunday, the day before, was the first day I brought my campaign-- based on writing I did all last week-- out to public at the Hillcrest Farmer's market . I believe a consciousness and healing initiative is needed now .
What consciousness outlook do we each want to project now in light of what appears a national nightmare? This blog expresses my choice that #EverythingWillTurnOutGreat and that #HealthComesToSanDiego.
The prop I am using these days to convey teachings is a rare heirloom Squash, that may be the Gette Okosomin variety whose seeds are said by some to have grown out after being buried for 800 years . What consciousness are we as humans prepared to grow out now? We were born for this moment.
