These are Arundo Donax clippings that were easily snapped off in about twenty minutes January 19, 2012. We want to avoid using Roundup Herbicide on this patch with the permission of my neighbor who owns this land.

RECYCLE POLICE LAST NIGHT’
New Housemate Naddine got in trouble with the Recycle Police last night here
at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community Growing Grounds.
She put an empty pot container from City Farmers Nursery in a plastic bag with paper and put it in the Blue Bin.
Chef Jem pulled it out of the blue bin and placed in on top.
As manager, this was brought to my attention.

HURT MY HIP
Hurt my hip last night. Pulled a muscle tripping a little on clutter on my floor. It’s improving but is a hadhat zone in here.
Thought it would be a good time to go back to the Joan Kroc center not far away.
Pool was drained yesterday January 18, 2012 and the water is 88 degrees. It is normally 96 degrees.
I will likely go on Monday or the Saturday.
