EMOTIONAL CHECK IN
This is profound.
I was up with very positive energy
for at least two hours early this morning.
I wrote this blog.
Then, I went back to bed before 6 am.
I slept up until 8 am.
I am in severe overwhelm.

In recent weeks, I have been growing organic alfalfa.
I am looking to the internet these days for action steps
and a people’s uprising of unified support.
A positive step is growing our own food,
and knowing the local farmers and producers
growing the rest of our foods.

I met dr. William Aleban who worked for the FDA.
We were at a social event from BIO 08 in San DIego.
We had some good words and he was generous
with some coaching.
Clearly, the government and BIO were hand in hand.
It was merely a matter of time for the
