hello,
you may be desperate to get a good tip that will help and it is difficult to do just that because there are good and bad sides to everything we do, don't do, eat, drink, medicines, antibiotics and so on.
I am on a "mission" to help and educate people about alternative healing and I also know that we all have to make our own decisions therefore not direct tip although one thing: what would I do? I would most likely fight a strong enemy with my biggest and strongest weapons first and then after the war is over try to clean up in an environmentally friendly way.
