thanks euphoria for responding to my blog. I just had an opportunity to read it today (sunday dec 14). I was doing a lot of worship (meditating), low or no sugar, immunity herbs, prayer !!! and keep away from the NEGGIES (negitive folks). I won't give into sickness, and I know your friend had the right FRAME of MIND. When you have a IMAGE and FRAME it, it becames a beautiful LIVING portrait. I soooo happy for her. I've been juicing and eating light, my pressure is tring to be out of control, I've been the 3 digits 179/123, 170/110 etc, last night it went down to 123/89. I'm not going to get discouraged about total juice fasting, I'm just gonna ease into it.
