bless your heart, I'm glad to hear about your friend. as for what I'm doing, NO sugar absolutly NO high frutose corn syrup!!! lots of oxygen, plenty of worship (some people call it meditation). breating exercising, reading healing scriptures focusing on wonderful testimonies like your friends. I resently heard about the blood type diet, BUT the study I've done on soy lectins seen to be interesting and just make plain good sense.
