Send Private Message To illysmanx     Send Email To illysmanx Illys is spelled ill-ys. It’s a french name for a boy, but I’m a girl. I thought it was real original when I was 13. It’s pronounced Elise in the way I prefer it, which has the root meaning in hebrew ’God’s promise’. I often wondered if that online alias was the best way to describe the second half of my life in being so sick, but in honesty, there’s two sides to every coin. Alternate, more update profile ≶ ’ illys / elisah ’ If what I go through is of blessings to other folk Yod-hay-vav-hay wants for his people, then every moment is worth it. And, by the way, the name is pronounced yah-veh, plain and simple. Go ahead and look up the original name of God, it’s worth it. No more stupid replacements with ’God’ and ’Lord’. What God? What Lord? How silly is it to call yourself as belonging to a title rather than a personal name? That’s sort of like saying, ’I’m presbyterian jewish catholic islamic hindu’. Every promise and rebuke in that book- THAT book, comes ’in the name of Yah-veh’. Look up the name and the meaning in paleo hebrew. Jewish rabbis have been very careful to make sure nobody speaks the name except in temple rites, right down to where nobody is supposed to know it any more. I’m not going to post a link to it. If YOU want to know what the heck that name means, LOOK it UP. Google it, yahoo it. It’s far from only ’I am that I am’.
