Re: What type of Olive Oil to use for Liver Flush?
RR Educational by Telman 12 y
Depends what country you live in.
USA and Canada are countries that have their own code of practice whereas Europe follow the International Olive Council, which defines the grades of Olive oil as follows:
Extra virgin is the highest quality with oleic acid less than 0.8 grams per 100 grams and no more than a trace of peroxide. It must be produced entirely by mechanical means without the use of any solvents, and under temperatures that will not degrade the oil (less than 86°F, 30°C).
Virgin olive oil has oleic acid up to 2 grams per 100 grams and a less rigorous method of productio ...

Re: How to recognize it?
by Spirit 21 y
Proving that something is composed of cholesterol is extremely difficult.
I believe that it would take a lot of work by an experienced chemist, with a great lab equipment, to prove beyond any doubt that:
- something is not feces
- something is not oil
- something is cholesterol
There are no simple tests out there.
You can do spectrographic analyzes of stones, but that kind of analyzes can prove that stones might contain cholesterol, while you can not prove that stones do contain cholesterol cause there are many different molecules that give similar picture on spectrogram.

But anyways it is true that really good olive oil has a strong flavour no matter what variety you use. Hello, I have a couple questions about olive oil. I’m not sure how many people here have read either the New Yorker article on olive oil back in 2007 or have read the more recent book ”Extra Virginity” by Tom Mueller, but apparently a tremendous amount of what is labelled and sold as organic extra-virgin olive oil is actually counterfeit. Both the article and the book are very interesting, albeit quite disturbing. Re: My Gallstone Experience
by Bgone 15 y
I really think you should include the olive oil for maximum effect. The reason why you likely had the attack while eating olive oil crisps is in fact because of the olive oil. You see, the olive oil is a fat (a good one for the liver at that), but a fat none the less. When you eat a fat, this signals for the release of bile. When the bile got released, a stone got stuck somewhere and you had the attack. Taking the olive oil during a flush will not produce the same effect because the bile ducts will be dilated and enlarged, thus allowing the stone to pass through without getting stuck. The ...

Olive oil may help prevent colon cancer
Including olive oil in your diet may help reduce your risk of developing colon cancer, Spanish researchers suggest. Their study results showed that rats fed an olive oil-supplemented diet had a lower risk of colon cancer than those fed diets supplemented with safflower oil. In fact, the rats that received olive oil had colon cancer rates almost as low as those fed fish oil, which several studies have already linked to a reduction in colon cancer risk.

You can ingest a teaspoon of ozonated olive oil once or twice a day and get a steady internal application of ozone. You can use any olive oil, but I prefer to use organic Extra Virgin Olive oil. Maybe it’s just a question of palatability. As you know from doing so,ingestion of fully ozonated olive oil is not exactly pleasant or easy unless the oil is capped.I don’t think there is any danger in eating fully ozonated olive oil, but I would caution that since it contains innumerable more ozonides than lightly ozonated olive oil, that a much smaller dose be taken. It should definitely not be taken within the same time period as food since it will oxidize the food. Cuban doctors are having wonderful results with the use of capped fully ozonated olive oil for duodenal ulcers.
