I have all these thoughts running through my brain too. It is all just from brain fog. Once the brain fog started clearing a week ago, I could think more clearly and didn’t have a runaway mind full of bad thoughts like this.
When the brain fog lifts, life is a gift and working a minimum wage job can still bring a life that has happiness, at least from my view once the brain fog started lifting.

Hello all,
If you are dealing with brain fog you have to check out this site: www.selfhacked.com
This is NOT my site. This is the best info. on the subject in my opinion and it is free. This is the absolute most comprehensive information I’ve found on the subject of brain fog and I’ve been dealing with this for 5 years.
Even if you don’t agree with the recommendations, or don’t believe that the causes pertain to you, the recommendations are sound and are generally good advice no matter what.

Dr. McCombs,
I was on antibiotics for about 5 months treating lymes.
Since my treatment I have developed brain fog, fatigue, irritability, poor concentration and memory, blurred vision, and waking up around 3am every night having trouble falling back alseep.
My brain fog seems to lift as the day goes on, but is present every morning and for a period after I eat.
I have not been clinically diagnosed with candida, but having been on a high dosage of abx for such a long time, I am wondering if these symptoms are from a intestinal infection.

I feel like the Captomer was stirring up the heavy metals but because my body couldn’t detox, they are still floating around inside of me causing this horrible brain fog.

Brain fog is a mental state where your memory is clouded and unclear. It is not a state of loss of memory, immediate or past. It is a state where your memory appears to be ”so close and yet so far” in terms of the ability to recall. Sometimes you cannot remember where you put your keys, or what you did yesterday. You are confused. It is often associated with adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, PMS, estrogen dominance, heavy metal poisoning, and hypothyroidism.
Brain fog usually is transient in its duration, lasting anywhere from hours to days, and in advance cases, can become chro ...

The term ’Brain Fog’ is used to describe a certain state of mind; a certain type of consciousness. It is a term used in conventional medicine, and is used in regard to a level of consciousness which is similar to, but less severe than, delirium.
Picture, if you will, a mountain that is topped by cloud and mist. Only half of the mountain is visible, and the rest remains a mystery; it is seemingly unmarked territory. This is what a ’foggy brain’ is like. There is a lack of clarity, and parts of the mind are full of mystery that is unknown until you step straight into it. As well as lack o ...

Lecithin is the best for brain fog and if you can’t afford lechitin take 1/4 cup of cold pressed olive oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon before sleeping.
Turmeric and ginger are also good.
Rosemary is great for brain fog. 2 cups of tea a day. Brain fog lifted in one month.
Cayenne and garlic fabulous for brain fog.
1/2 t. of cayenne in a glass of water daily. 3-4 cloves of garlic daily.
Ginkgo and Ginseng. 60 percent ginkgo and 40 percent ginseng ideal combination according to one study.

It does seem like undecenoic acid acts somewhat of a mild diurectic. I do notice myself urinating a little more while using it. Some of the brain fog might be related to that as well. Re: Brain fog on Day 5. Related to Humaworm?
by humaworm 14 y
I accidently hit the ”vote” button - but you have a good question. The brain fog is from toxins being removed from your body. When these toxins cross the myelin sheath that covers the brain - it triggers the Central Nervous System - when the CNS is irritated - it can cause all sorts of ”mental” disturbances such as: brain fog, mood swings, anxiety, depression, etc.
Once the toxins are gone - the fog will lift. Drink more water to help hydrate the body and to help flush out the toxins faster.

You’re right,
Brain fog is due to undigested food particles and toxins that leak from the intestines and enter the blood stream leading to the foggy head feeling.
Coffee enemas will solve your brain fog problem. Purchase an enema bag, put lukewarm plain coffee in it (see Curezone main page/Cleanse for the complete protocol). Once a day.
When your brain fog is cured, your enema bag will still be useful for the salt enema that cleans further up the intestine. Another must.

Some deep brain fod is die to leaky gut, what you are referring to resembles a brain fog due to detox. It will last as long as you need to detox, the presence of toxins, circulating in your blood so as to get out go through your brain and cause brain fog.
I am a student and at times I just stop detox so as to be able to concentrate properly.
Other options to ease it a bit are antioxydants: vitamin E, C A ( fish oil), calcium and Lecithin. This should help.

Brain fog sometimes is caused by different reasons.
My brain fog comes from my traumatic brain injury. The injury was in the right frontal lobe as well as some damage in the occipital -
My doctor who was a TBI survivor also, told me about a study done at Mass General; all refined sugars and all foods that can be made into alcohol, like rice, wheat, potatoes, etc is removed. The theory is that when the body digests these foods, the fermentation of them is recognized in error by the brain as alcohol and thus gives you that brain fog. Brain fog isn’t usually a glucose deficiency. The liver is pretty good about maintaining glucose levels unless you have something like diabetes, and if that were the case you’d have those symptoms. Usually brain fog is a lack of oxygen due to a deficiency in essential fatty acids, too many toxins taking the place of oxygen, and not enough fat burners so that the fat isn’t metabolized well.
You can get glucose from anything you eat - fats, proteins, carbs. It doesn’t have to be fruit. If you’re not suffering major fatigue, then the brain fog is not glucose related. Glucose production is ...

Drink more water, take calcium and magnesium and molybedenum and pantethenic acid. But many times brain fog is brought on by something you ate that was not good.
