Help! I am REALLY struggling with "searching" CZ :(
by unyquity 15 y

I hope someone (webmaster? anybody?) can give me some assistance, because I AM frazzled.
Everybody that knows me calls me the ”search queen”, because I can generally fine-tune a search on ANY search engine and get very specific results. But I am TOTALLY lost on CZ (and yes, I searched this forum, but can’t find my answer).
What IS the boolean code here? Let’s say I’m searching for a post on my forum, and I can’t remember the exact phrase (which I know to enclose in quotes), but I know it’s about how cayenne relieves anxiety. So I try:
cayenne, anxiety (which gives me EVERY post ...

I don’t really think stress/anxiety is the cause I think like many other things its a symptom of the cause. You should try out some supplements to help you out with the anxiety problems, I know how frustrating those can be. Personally I found I mainly had anxiety because I had cornflakes hanging off my lips but it did also feel like something was off with my nervous system. At one point I took 3-4 different supplements @ once to help deal with stress anxiety, it helped but didn’t cure me.
ATM I’m still under stress but no more anxiety problems, not sure why the anxiety stopped but just ...

Some Alternatives For Anxiety
by #29621 11 y
Bach Flower Remedies
”Remedies are prescribed according to the individual and the cause and nature of the anxiety and identifying the exact feeling underlying the problem. Agrimony and aspen are useful for mild to moderate anxiety. For severe cases, use cherry plum or red chestnut. Anxiety for no apparent reason can be treated with aspen. Anxiety over the welfare of loved ones (such as worrying excessively about the well-being of others) can be treated with red chestnut; anxiety about inability to cope could be helped by taking elm or larch.”:

All of us have anxiety to a certain extent, and anxiety in general is not a disorder, it’s an important part of life. However, if the anxiety seems irrational to you and if it changes your daily functioning -- at home, work, school, socially -- and if you find yourself either avoiding situations or manipulating people or situations to accommodate the anxiety, you may well indeed have an anxiety disorder, and you should seek professional help.

I think with anxiety problems there’s a disturbance in the body already that’s making the person highly susceptible, so it doesn’t take much to set it in motion. for me, this was the case, it took nothing to have a panic attack...a change in ...

I suffered from my first panic/anxiety attack about 4 years ago. I had just lost my dad suddenly and I guess the only way for my body to let me know to slow down, was to have anxiety. After a year of Lexapro (10mg), I felt I was ”healed” and went off without any hitches. Then two years later after my third child I decided to get the Mirena inserted. Well, guess who decided to show his ugly face again? Yep Mr. Anxiety and I mean is was bad! anxiety. I personally devote a minimum of an hour a day to meditation and
have done so for more than thirty years. I would truly be dead without

What are the Best Cannabis Strains for Anxiety?
By Bailey Rahn — 6/3/2015
The relationship between cannabis and anxiety is a complicated one. For some, a small puff of cannabis provides unrivaled relief of worry, panic, stress, and other anxiety-related symptoms. Unfortunately others experience heightened paranoia and exacerbated anxiety with marijuana. This common reaction can be attributed to a strain’s THC content, but what many people don’t realize is there are many strains now that have little to no THC. These low-THC, high-CBD ...

EPA vd. DHA Omega for anxiety

Been a while since I’ve been on here.
I think I recall ”Trickmaster” making mention about Omega 3 oil helpful for treating anxiety.
But, from what little I’ve researched, some say it has caused them more anxiety.
Maybe this is the EPA-Dha ratio. Is it true the EPA is the outstanding portion that helps with the anxiety and not the DHA?
Anyone using this for anxiety with benefits?

L-Arginine gives more focus and energy so you wouldn’t want that when having anxiety.
That is exactly what I wanted, a decrease in anxiety in order that my mind could focus and my energy could return. High anxiety was flooring me, literally. The combination I used enhanced not only my mental focus but it lifted the exhaustion brought about by my high anxiety state, including inducing a welcoming lift in overall mood.

Helping Your Dog Overcome Separation Anxiety Naturally

Virtually any pet owner will tell you that dogs have their own distinct personalities. Dogs also have emotions as well as their own individual fears and anxieties, the same as do humans. Is it any wonder then that we tend to humanize them? One of the most common and most difficult anxieties for dogs is separation anxiety. Separation anxiety can be difficult to deal with and is the second most common reason that most dogs are given up or euthanized. Sadly, far too many dog owners do not understand th ...

Simply, the cause of ”voices” in the head is Anxiety. Along with anxiety are two other negative feelings: Anger and Depression. When anger and depression intensify, they can generate anxiety that overwhelms the mind.
In schizophrenia Anxiety has become intolerable. The overflow of Anxiety has led to alienation from the Anxiety-producing sources in the real world. This intense Anxiety now leads to imagined configurations that come out of the mind itself, creating voices, images, fearsome thoughts and so on. The same process is at work in dreams.
