Re: Enema Successes? Anyone?
by Rick67 15 y
If you’ve got Candida in your Large Intestine, ACV Enemas will absolutley knock a ton of it loose. I know because I’ve expelled lots and lots of Candida with ACV Enemas. You have to be carefull with ACV because too much could damage the lining of your colon. You also need to make sure you do a final rense followed by an enema with probiotics.
1 Tablespoon of ACV in 1 Quart of water is probably a safe amount. I’ve used 2 Tablespoons in the past and was expelling Candida all night! Unfortunately, ACV Enemas won’t have any affect on the Candida in your small colon.
Here’s a pic of the a ...

Re: ACV in enema
by shelleycat 20 y
Do at least one regular flushing enema first just to get the dreck out, then do an ACV enema. Basically anytime you add something to an enema solution, start with about 1/2 cup to about one quart of water for a retention enema, then adjust as necessary. Try to retain for 5-10 minutes. The ACV enema is great for taking out candida and balancing the pH of the intestines themselves, which eventually makes it easier for friendly microbes to propagate.

Re: How fast does ACV enema work ?
by zelkyla 20 y
What I do is take a Cascara Sagrada herb pill the evening or night before I use the ACV enema, so that in the morning I am all cleaned out. I do this because I just want to see how much candida and yeast come out, without it being blurred by any other stuff. I do the ACV enemas for that reason only not to have a bowel movement, just to get out the candida. I wish I could get the ACV inside the entire colon though.

Hi Shelly thank you so much for telling me to do a salt water enema first and then the ACV enema. After the ACV enema what came out was white fluffy stuff that kind of floated and looked like tissue paper which I now know from reading the forums was Candida!(yahoo)!.. My question is would this be a turning point in my healing that i have gotten some out, or is this just par for the course and to expect more of the same; that it will just keep growing and then dieing, etc?

Congrats for stopping the coffee that is a great move. What you drink (acv/kefir) and what you put in your enemas are 2 different things. Your body will NOT assimilate the coffee you will put in the enema, it will come straight out. SO no worries there.
How to make sure wether you have or do not have leaky gut is a big question. if you do an acv enema and get pain in your intestine after it you are very likely to have leaky gut (that is after ONLY ONE acv enemas... if you get pain after many it simply means that you have a small irritation). I used to have leaky gut... I had bowel pain ...

Hi scott4158, I have never heard of a combination of Epsom salts and ACV enema but then there are many things that I have not heard of. Looking at your formula I feel that it is too strong. I would just use 1 to 2 tablespoons of ES per 2 quarts and the same quantity for the ACV. I have taken both ES and ACV enemas but separately. I used 1 to 2 tbsp of ES per 2 quarts and have used 2 tbsp of ACV per 2 quarts. Hi Shelley,
I did a liver flush on Saturday and thought that its a good idea to use ACV enema to get rid of any parasites today. So, I used about 2 oz. of ACV in a 2 quart enema bag and tried giving myself an enema (btw, I do enemas often, mostly plain water and coffee enemas, this is the first time I ventured to do an ACV enema). Re: enemas

Salt enemas are not for us. Most of people with candida have sodium deficiency and a salt enema will turn bad as the body will try to absorb the sodium instead of letting it out as it should.
Enemas are a good way to clean the colon or even the liver (coffee enema). They are also a good way to insure a bowel mvt (bm). When you start expelling candida it often causes constipation, daily enemas can insure a daily bm.
ACV enemas is famous for helping candida threads out.
Coffee enemas, ACV enemas (antifungal), water enema and probiotics enemas are all great for candida

But the days that followed my colon was extremely painful, raw and burning, and I have had this burning ever since, and I can not get rid of it.
I guess that I was a little to eager and took too much ACV to the water, and I did’nt follow the ACV enema with a normal salt water enema to get out the remaining ACV.

Hi EngMKIII,
ACV Enemas are much better in most cases and you adjust the amount of ACV to how fast you want it to work!
Now, with that said, there may be a place where the Salt water Flush may have it’s place in colon cleansing!
And this may be in the case where a person has too much potassium in their body in relationship to the amount of Sodium and thus the Osmotic pressure is not working properly for the body cells!
This is where you may be better to use the Salt water instead of the ACV in the Enema !
But, generally people who have constipation problems may have too mu ...

Too much ACV in enema - damage?
by josephr525 13 y
Do you think I could have damaged the mucosa of my colon with too much ACV in an enema? I used a little less than 2 ounces per 2 qts of water. It hurt a little bit and I found it hard to retain.
Then I used 1 TBS ACV per 3 qts of water and 1 ounce of Aloe Juice and retained that for 10 minutes. I haven’t seen any blood and I seem to feel OK now, no burning in colon or anywhere. I’ve expelled quite a bit of candida since that ACV enema.
IMHO, this ACV enema recipe is going to be too strong for most people :

I had to relieve myself half way through though so I didn’t get the full amount in at once, I find with ACV enema’s I can’t hold them in very well at all. what Dvjorge means about the ACV enemas is that they have a tendency to also eliminate beneficial bacteria in the large intestine. they have a bactericidal effect, or they kill bacteria.
I have to agree, as i found ACV enema i bit to harsh. Much prefer an enema series of flushing/cleaning enemas,Nystatin enemas, and then a probitoic implant.
Obviously if you are using the S. Boulardii as a retention enema do not include other antifungals (Nystatin) as that will also destroy the S. Boulardii yeast. I personally havent tried an S. Boullardi retention enema but i understand the reasoni ...

Hi Rick,
The ACV enema has just recently come on my radar as I’ve become more concerned about too much candida. What I’ve been reading is 1 tablespoon of ACV to 1 quart of water. More than that is too strong. ACV in too high a concentration can strip the good mucosa lining from the intestine. And since you are on an extended fast, there is much less inside to absorb the ACV.
I really don’t know enough to advise but I think ending the fast carefully would be one place to start. I think the stripped mucosa needs to be replaced - maybe probiotics.

yes... absolutely use vinegar. It is very helpfull. the best restults occurred for me was for the first one a did just a salt water enema to flush out the system ane then followed that with the ACV enema which was 1/2 cup ACV to about one and 1/2 to two qt.s water. Candida actually came out with this. It looks like tissue paper/white floaty stuff. You can do 2 days of ACV enemas and then wait 5 days before doing 2 more days, etc.

I have noticed candida threads mainly when I use enemas. After the enema cleans me out and I use more of the solution what I release will be the liquid from the enema along with tons of threads. (coffee or ACV enemas do the best with getting candida out for me) I had a massive clump of white threads come out that way one time and knew it couldn’t be from my food, as there was NO ”bm” with it if you know what I mean. I also get alot of smaller threads out as well with both coffee enemas and ACV enemas.

Sorry for the bad experience.
I use ACV enema for cleansing out after coffee enema. Since coffee has tendency to be acidic, I believe ACV will help alkalize it. I have never tried to hold it though. Still works good.

I’ve got lots of experience with ACV Enemas. Yes, they are very good at removing Candida in the ascending, transverse, and descending colon.
I had to stop doing the ACV Enemas because I was getting lots of Candida that had specks of blood in it. I was thinking the ACV was causing the lining of my colon to bleed.

I also do regular and coffee enemas. I also, after reading a lot tried an ACV enema. At most, using 3 tbsp per quart, coudn’t hold more than 15 seconds (very irritating), so made it more dilute the next time, but when I could hold and release I got this cottony, flaky stuff out that just wasn’t there when I did a regular enema. I don’t know know if that’s candida, but if it was, the ACV enema was a very effective purge of whatever it was.

That could very well be a reaction to the cleansing it is doing to your liver/gallbladder. Cleansing the liver can release intense sadness or even rage, sometimes anxiety. Ease off the dose a bit until you can maintain your comfort zone.
About 1/2 cup in the enema solution should do you just fine. Ideally, do a plain salted flushing enema first, then try to retain the ACV enema for 5 minutes or so. If you’re pressed for time, just do the ACV enema.
