I also did a colonic before blessed herbs and that was a joke $125 and I saw nothing of any consequnce come out of me. she said I was pretty clean and needed about 4 sessions. two weeks later I did blessed herbs cleanse and got out a ton of mucoid plaque. COLONICS SUCK waste of money. You need blessed herbs or colonix. I would reccommend blessed herbs seeing i have not tried colonix. then prob best to do oxy powder to egt rid of parasites, seeing that the oxygen kills them.
I also tried to mimick blessed herbs with bentonite and psyllium shakes also bought some digestive stimulants fro ...

I’ve been on the MC forum a lot and I’ve never heard of anyone getting mucoid plaque by just doing the master cleanse, although the author talks about mucoid plaque removel quite a lot in the MC book.
A lot of people of this forum have sucessfully gotten mucoid plaque out by doing a bowel cleanse program, blessed herbs (www.blessedherbs.com) seems to get the most consistant results. I’ve never done the blessed herbs program but I know they recommend doing a juice fast while on their 5 day bowel cleanse.
I think I’m probably the person who recommended you to this bowel cleanse forum. ...

A good test of your theories about ropes, mucoid plaque and the blessed herbs cleanse would be to complete several blessed herb cleanses within a relatively short amount of time. If the diet was kept fairly clean during the cleanses, then according to the intestinal logic that most of the mucoid plaque/blessed herb believers follow on this site, eventually the amount of mucoid plaque removed during the BH cleanse would be reduced or even stopped as it was all already removed.
If what you suspect is true then the same amout of ropes should come out regardless of the number of cleanses, ...

I have never taken Blessed Herbs, so I can’t offer first hand knowledge about it, however, here is the best product review I’ve found of Blessed Herbs. Colonix v. Oxypowder v. Blessed Herbs
by #69336 18 y

It’s been a while since I did colon cleansing. Three weeks ago I started oxypowder, but without the lemon. I consistently get very long skinny worm-shaped stool, but I don’t think it’s worms. Then I started up with Colonix about 3 nights ago, and I’m so glad I did -- I don’t think the oxypowder was touching the parasites, but this is my second round of Colonix (the first was a year ago), and I remembered how amazed I was at the various critters. I think I’ll do 2 months of Colonix and then do another round of Blessed Herbs. When I did the Blessed Herbs program a year and a half ago, t ...

The goal in a bowel cleanse is to remove mucoid plaque. I used 4 bottles of oxy powder, I didnt see any mucoid plaque but then I thought that seeing that they say it liquifies mucoid plaque then I wouldnt see it. After all those bottles of oxy powder I did a blessed herbs cleanse it worked so well that I waited a week and did another. All in all I got out about 30 feet of mucoid plaque. It is exspensive but you can get it for cheaper on ebay. Its not under blessed herbs its under intensive colon cleanse. blessed herbs is the best in my opinion. I found it very interesting that the herbs mentioned from Nature’s Way match the Blessed Herb Digestive Herbs almost exactly, except its missing Aloe and a few others.
Blessed herbs is cheaper on Ebay than on their web site - you can get it from what I”ve seen it go for for $65 instead of the $90.

Blessed Herbs Colon Cleanse and fasting
by StolenDog 11 y
I have done some minor colon cleansing (enemas, mag 07) for about 2 months now. I think it’s time to step it up to use Blessed Herbs’ colon cleanse to eliminate mucoid plaque. The only thing is that this requires fasting, and I am already underweight, can’t afford to lose more weight.
Are there any other herbal colon cleanses that rival Blessed Herbs that don’t require fasting? I’ve heard good things about Colonix by Dr. Natura.
Any advice would be very appreciated,
Thank you

I just finished the Blessed Herbs cleanse last night and had amazing results. I too did the organic apple juice fast. I agree with the previous post that pointed out the difference in the herbs. Quality is important with herbs: how they are grown, what is sprayed on them or not, how they are dried, stored, ground, packaged, the species and type. It all makes a difference. Blessed Herbs stuff is pricy, but it is the highest quality and the people that own it are known for their integrity as spouted by lots of folks, including Dr. Clark.

I’m planning on doing blessed herbs. I’m planning on juice fasting for a few days w oxypowder, because when i take psyllium products when my my bowels/intestines are full (which they are), i get really blocked up even when fasting. However i see they recommend you do a three day pre-fast before going into the five day cleanse...is this necessary, or can I just go from fasting and then switch over to blessed herbs?
any input appreciated thanx

Hi
You do not give enough information about what your halth problems are.
But, I do not think that cofee enemas are necesary for bowel cleanse.
You can try Blessed Herbs if you want a bowel cleanse, regular deep water (filtered ) enemas, improved diet ( mucusless diet) and probiotics.
For better resutls, colonic irrigations instead enemas.
We have had more positive testimonies with Blessed Herbs than with Dr. Natura colon cleanse.

Re: quick question!
by #21277 20 y
Oxygen based cleansers like oxypowder and colosan work by liquifying fecal matter therefore causing ”diarrhea”. Fiber cleansers work by bulking up the bowels and will not cause diarrhea; P&B shakes are in this category, along with colonix and blessed herbs. Make sure you get plenty of water to avoid constipation; also, there might be a need to stimulate the bowels along with the fiber shakes and colonix and blessed herbs cleansers address that by adding ingredients like senna leaf and cascara sagrada.

Blessed Herbs Colon Kit

Hi I have a blessed herbs colon kit with me and noticed that the toxin absorber has psyllium husk and bentonite. They recommend mixing in water or apple juice and then shaking in the pint jar it comes with and then follow it up with more water. Now I’ve read that for PB shakes you want to hydrate the bentonite first or else it can stick to your colon. So how would the blessed herbs toxin absorber be safe if you dont hydrate the bentonite first?

Now I think the best cleanse is a intergated approach.
I would begin with colosan or oxypowder, they are magnesium based and both release oxigen in the bowels to liquify any waste.
After two weeks on that cleanse i will continue with Holistic Horizons ( Less expensive) or Blessed Herbs.

Blessed Herbs or Holistic Horizon's?

Alright, I’ve been doing more research and I’m debating between Blessed Herbs or Holistic Horizon. Has any one tried one or both of them and which ones did you prefer? What is the difference? I have heard of herbal laxatives and it sounds like Blessed Herbs is one, so that would make me lean towards HH, but HH seems to take longer to get the mucoid plaque out which makes me lean towards Blessed Herbs...whew! Also, I read somewhere that it’s not OK to do a parasite cleanse with a herbal laxative for some reason?? I’m a little overwhelmed with all of this info so any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I tend to agree but not totally. oxypowder does liquify matter but i think that rubbery mucoid plaque is tooo stubborn for oxy powder. I believe it does melt away the surface of the mp. I think of it as thick shag pile carpet with the base of the carpet as the rubbery mp and the wooly carpet as softer mp. I beleive that oxy powder removes this because i have seen it come out, it was not rubbery but it was defintely not a the normal stool.
