Merina side effects

Hello, I have had a uti for 2 months now.Blood in urine. I was tested for stds before insertion and now I have been retested. I have had a full filling in my bladder for 2 years {thats how long I have had my iud} I have had trouble sleeping, cant loss weight without starving myself, 800 calories,I cant lose at 1200 to 1500, then I gain it back quickly if I eat around 1500 to 2000 calories I am 135lb but was always 120 to 125, I did have a baby and ate like a pig I still get sad and eat like a pig but I did not do that before I had my iud because It doesnt matter how I eat I still cant lose weight, when I wake up I have a chemical feeling in my body. Lately in the past 2 months I have blood in urine, my Antibiotics are not curing this. pelvis pressure, that started with a pain in my left side under my rib and now is in my pelvis, I went threw my doctor telling me its a uti, but now they said its my iud, merina. I have little energy, and am depressed, I have never been a real ball of fire, but now feel very sluggish. I had no clue my iud could cause this. My doc. wanted to take it out last visit but i was so shocked, if I dont have an std, why the urinary blood? I am only with one partner, I dont see uti as a side effect. I also have large areolas and that is not normal for me. I will have her pull my iud in 2 days, but I paid alot of money for it, and I dont really see my symtoms on their web site. can you get a pid without having an std? I know something is wrong with my health, could it be as simple as my iud?? Why the bladder pressure? I now have some itching inside my vagina. How could I have Pelvic inflamation without having an std????I do not really get a period, just a few drops. Do you think something else is wrong with me, or should I let them take my iud out. Im willing to try anything to feel better.Thank you!
