I read somewhere online that an allergy to flouride could cause an acne-like rash around the mouth. You may want to check it out. The pictures looked just like acne. I was actually searching for more information on pitysporum ? folliculitis. It is caused by an overgrowth of yeast or fungus. It frequently gets misdiagnosed as Acne and made worse by Antibiotics .
