Oxypowder or Colonix?

I've suffered from constipation my entire adult-life. I've always listened to the doctors and I've taken all the different laxatives and stool softeners that they told me about. However, after years and years of doing this, I'm still constipated! I recently saw an informercial about colon cleansing and how it's good for constipation.

Of course when I google that product name, I see nothing but complaints about how unsafe it is and just a scam. But when I started looking into colon cleansers as a constipation releif, I found a couple of good options. I'm thinking of Oxypowder or Colonix, but I don't know which one is right for me.

The only thing I know about each product is what their website says, what colon cleansing reviews sites say, and what people are saying in forums. Most people have good things to say about both products. However, I've read alot about people complaining of side effects from colonix, such as headaches and constipation.

The only bad things I've read about oxypowder is that you get bloated, which is also something people complained about with colonix. Most of the colon cleansing reviews sites said that oxypowder is the recommended colon cleanser for constipation relief.

what do you guys think? Which one is better? Which one would you recommend to me? Is there anything you can tell me about either product that is honest and will help me make my decision? thanks..
