How to take IF #1 and IF #2 ????

I ordered both of these from the Dr. Schulze website but they did not come with any instructions except for what is printed on the bottles.

From what I understand, I don't start IF #2 until I am having 2-3 bowel movements/day. Is that correct? At the rate I am going, it will probably be a very long time before that happens. Today is day 6 since starting IF #1 and I increased my dosage to 3 capsules. We'll see if there is improvement tomorrow.

As for IF #2, it says that I am supposed to take 10 capsules 5 times daily. WTH?! So I'm supposed to take 50 capsules/day? That seems absurdly excessive. And am I supposed to take them on an empty stomach or with meals... or does it matter?
